本人想要拿MIA papers. 请问这里有人拿吗？如果自修，会难吗？会比CPA or ACCA难吗？在哪里有这个课程？

几年前听讲要做到 MICPA 的难度

Section 15A(1) of the Accountants Act states that the MIA QE shall be conducted by the Examination Body that is from the Higher Educational Institutions specified in Part I of the Third Schedule or the Recognised bodies specified in Part II of that Schedule.

Part I of the Third Schedule consist of the following universities:

a)	Universiti Malaya
b)	Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia
c)	Universiti Teknologi MARA
d)	Universiti Utara Malaysia
e)	Universiti Putra Malaysia
f)	Universiti Islam Antarabangsa
g)	Universiti Sains Malaysia

Part II of the Third Schedule refers to:
The recognised body for the purpose of section 15A(1) is the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

At present, the MIA Council has appointed Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) as the Examination Body.

不客气, 这是MIA的资料，难得MIA提供那么多资料 我没有拿，也没有朋友拿， 几年前听人讲吧了，很难, 你可以打电话问 past years' passing rate, http://www.mia.org.my/new/education_candidate_excel.asp (底下有电话), 加油!!!

ＭＩＡ　的及格例很低。但如果想拿到　Ａｃｃｏｕｎｔａｎｔ　的　ｌｉｃｅｎｓｅ　就要去考了。（如果本身的　Ｑｕａｌｉｆｉｃａｔｉｏｎ　并不能直接成为会员的话）。

如果读local u就能变成mia member，奖不是很多人都是罗。
为什么还有将多人去读acca的

ACCA,CIMＡ，ＣＰＡ等等，这些都是全球高度承认的，在很多国家都是会计师
ACCA是国际会计准则委员会（IASC）的创始成员，也是国际会计师联合会（IFAC）的主要成员，1999年2月联合国通过了以ACCA课程大纲为蓝本的《职业会计师专业教育国际大纲》，该大纲将作为世界各地职业会计师考试课程设置的一个衡量基准。

Local U的accounting 可以不用考什么ACCA CPA就可以申请成为MIA member. 但是3年的工作经验还是要的。

因为他是degree..........一出国外=degree，全球只有大马可以用degree拿MIA.......可能要帮助马来人呱

ICPAS's 5 days pre-admission course vs MIA's online post-admission member induction course, MIA 以前还有 1 day post-admission member induction course, 现在 e-learning 进步了。。。

My personal opinion, M'sia local university accountancy 毕业生, UM 和 S'pore 的 NTU , 没有什么大分别, 都是看个人努力和表现, S'pore 在 compliance with IAS/IFRS 方面, 会走得比较快。。。; IASB's IFRS for SME, it was only introduced/implemented in S'pore late last year whereas M'sia 在这方面老早就有 PERS 了。。。

现在人大家都向往ACCA, 都不怎么理会MIA. 原因是，ACCA 是全世界的 CA passport..haha
