还有那个高汤,请问你是怎么弄的哦?
还有莴苣是什么菜?还可以拿来煮什么的?哪里有得买? |

还有莴苣是 ... Lettuce - In Malaysia, we named it "玻璃生菜"

用鸡翅膀煲, 鸡腿, 鸡骨, 猪, 羊, 牛 都可以. No Bacon.
熏肉包鲜疏是怎么弄的?可以指点吗?谢谢!

1. Cut the vege to the desired sieze.
2. Boiled a pot of water, cook the vege with some salt & oil. (salt to add taste, oil to maintain the vege colour).
3. Dry the vege on a clean kitchen paper or cloth.
4. Wrap the vege with bacon, with tooth pick of spring onion to tie the vege to bacon.
5. Fried/grill/ steam the bacon and vege.
6. Serve the dish.
