PROPOSED ESOS 28 Oct 2010, 17:13 PROPOSED ESOS YTL E-SOLUTIONS BERHAD (YTLE OR COMPANY) PROPOSED ESTABLISHMENT OF AN EMPLOYEES SHARE OPTION SCHEME (ESOS) FOR THE ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEES AND DIRECTORS OF YTL E-SOLUTIONS BERHAD AND/OR ITS ELIGIBLE SUBSIDIARIES (PROPOSED ESOS) We refer to the announcement dated 15 October 2010 in respect of the Proposed ESOS. On behalf of YTLe, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad (CIMB) wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (Bursa Securities) has in its letter dated 25 October 2010 (which was received on 26 October 2010) approved the listing of and quotation for such number of additional new ordinary shares of RM0.10 each, representing up to 30% of the issued and paid-up ordinary share capital of YTLe, to be issued upon the exercise of the options under the ESOS. The approval of Bursa Securities is subject to CIMB submitting to Bursa Securities a confirmation of full compliance of the ESOS pursuant to Rule 6.44(1) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities and stating the effective date of implementation, together with a certified true copy of the resolution passed by the Companys shareholders in a general meeting. This announcement is dated 28 October 2010.
