心脏问题

我本身有风莫医来医去医不好。差不多有六年了。
中医西医都看过，这病害我天天要吃药治痒。
三年前看了一个中医这病终于好了，不过每半年到一年又发作。
上个月发作了比之前还严重吃了中药以为没事，哪里知道这星期又来！！
昨天去看别的中医他说我心跳不正常，指甲紫色可能心脏有问题她叫我去做ECG
我一直以来都知道我的指甲颜色和别人不同，很多医生说我心跳不正常我以为是天生的以为会自然好
我的体能比以前弱了，走几步路，上一层楼梯就喘，我以为老了才会这样。


是不是我心脏的 问题我才会有风莫，走几步路，上一层楼梯就喘，指甲紫色 ？？
我的ECG 写sinus tachycardia ，abnormal rhythm ecg ，nonspecific twave abnormality
这会不会有很大问题？？
医生只说心跳很快可能是别的病
我很想知道我的后果是什么！！
我上网查果有我这样的病列多数都是年轻心脏病
我才20岁我不想那么早就有心脏病
我希望有人能够给一些comment

我怕私人的很贵所以去政府的。现在再等验血报告。
政府不给我们随别验全身的他怕我们好像会吃他的钱那样
上次我一家发烧一个星期我们要验是不是denggi 他都不肯给，幸好我们没事
我邻居就倒霉真的种了denggi 他们只是给退烧药，信好他命大可以在挨多几天才回去验血

On page 38 of issue #5, 2005 of the Zhen Jiu Lin Chuang Za Zhi (Clinical Journal of Acupuncture & Moxibustion), Zheng Hai-xing published an article titled, &quotClinical Observations on the Acupuncture Treatment of 76 Cases of Cardiac Arrhythmia." A summary of that article is presented below.

Cohort description:

Among the 76 patients studied in this clinical trial, there were 32 males and 44 females aged 18-79 years. These patients' disease course had lasted from one month to 10 years. However, most of the patients had had arrhythmia for more than one year. Thirty seven cases had premature ventricular beats, 13 had bradycardia, six cases had atrial fibrillation. In addition, 46 cases had coronary heart disease, 17 had hypertension, and seven either had myocarditis or its sequelae. All these patients met the diagnostic criteria for their original disease and their species of arrhythmia given in the 11th edition of Shi Yong Nei Ke Xue (A Study of Practical Internal Medicine).

Treatment method:

The points chosen for treatment were:

Xin Shu (Bl 15) 心俞

Nei Guan (Per 6)内关

Shen Men (Ht 7)神门

Zu San Li (St 36)足三里

San Yin Jiao (Sp 6)三阴交

Dan Zhong (CV 17)勯中

Forty millimeter fine needles were used to needle all these points. Xin Shu, Nei Guan, Shen Men, and Zu San Li were treated with twisting and turning supplementing hand technique. San Yin Jiao was treated with even supplementing-even draining hand technique, and Dan Zhong was treated with twisting and turning draining hand technique. The needles were retained for 45 minutes each treatment, and 10 days of treatment equaled one course. A one day rest was allowed between each successive course.

Study outcomes:

Cure was defined as complete disappearance of symptoms with a normal EKG two times or more in succession. Marked effect was defined as disappearance of heart palpitations and an improved EKG. Some effect was defined as the disappearance of most of the palpitations with 50% less signs of arrhythmia on EKG. No effect meant that there was no change in heart palpitations or EKG. Based on these criteria, 48 cases (61.16%) were cured, 18 (23.68%) got a marked effect, seven (9.21%) got some effect, and three (3.95%) got no effect. Therefore, the total effectiveness rate was given as 96.05%.

Discussion:

The disease mechanisms of heart arrhythmia have to do with a righteous qi vacuity weakness with a loss of regulation of yin and yang internally. If the qi is vacuous, it is not able to push and stir the blood and fluids. If the blood is vacuous, it is not able to nourish the heart. Hence the heart blood becomes static and obstructed and this leads to malnourishment of the heart. It is also possible for phlegm heat to harass internally. This harassment stirs the heart spirit. Any of these mechanisms can result in heart palpitations. Therefore, treatment of heart arrhythmia should nourish the heart and quiet the spirit, pick out phlegm and stabilize palpitations. Xin Shu, Nei Guan, and Shen Men nourish the heart, quiet the spirit, and stabilize palpitations. Zu San Li boosts the qi and nourishes the blood. San Yin Jiao enriches yin and downbears fire, while Dan Zhong rectifies the qi and moves the qi. Thus the qi is able to transform the blood, the blood is able to nourish the heart, and heart palpitations are automatically stopped.

   lz那里人? 最好去会你州的政府医院看了, 也要求他们写信让你去中央医院检查~

指甲變顏色（紫色）那是發紺cyanosis。 如下圖


表示缺血氧了。這個不一定就是說心臟有問題，但是一定要排除是不是心臟先天性congenital heart disease的問題（結構性的問題，有洞，或瓣膜有問題）先，抽血檢查意義並不大。

必須找個好醫生，用聽診器給你聽一聽，聽聽心雜音murmur，然後再進一步做心臟超音波cardiac echo 才是正確做法。

如果政府醫院排期很久，建議花一點錢去私人醫院做。

如果晚點治療，最後已經形成心臟衰竭或肺動脈壓增高cardiac failure or pulmonary hypertension 到時可能會很慘。

只是一半紫而已是浅紫色的，冷的时候就会变深紫

验血报告出来了吗？很明显的血液无法输送到肢体末梢。。但还是需要超声波心动描记术才可知道病因。。。

cyanosis發紺是不能從一般的血液檢查，就可以知道原因的。

你在政府醫院，頂多就給你抽一個full blood count 來驗一下，看看你的Hemogloblin 血色素HB有多高；可是就算你沒有貧血，還是有可能會發紺，就算你有貧血，也不是說一定就會有發紺現象，所以你等的這個檢查，對你一點幫助也沒有，一句話，便宜沒好貨。

我的一个同事说医生说她的心跳很长快,不过她验了没事...其实贫血也是会导致这种情况.
我的问题则是杂音,grade 3/6.
