水中瑜伽的六大功效

据了解,水中瑜伽最早源于欧美,国内部分城市前两年已开始引入。
   
水中瑜伽顾名思义,就是把水上锻炼的基本原则和一些熟悉的瑜伽姿势巧妙地结合起来的一种创新运动形式。
   
目前美国有数以万计的人热衷于水中瑜伽,日本的许多游泳馆也开设了水中瑜伽健身项目.

    (1)消除疲劳
   
配合腹式呼吸,可利用水压来按摩、挤压、揉搓内脏、腺体、皮肤、肌肉、骨骼而达到舒活全身筋骨、消除疲劳的效果。

    (2)提高注意力
   
可帮助我们学习放松和集中注意力,另外对加强平衡感的训练也很有帮助;人体要浮上水面,一定要完全放松,因此对于初学者而言,一开始最困难的点是放松两个字。
   

(3)加强心肺功能
    可加强肌力、肌耐力和心肺功能的训练;在水中的活动比陆地上需加倍的热量,不但能消耗多余的脂肪,收缩肌肉健美身材,更能加强心肺功能,增加氧气、二氧化碳、血液的运输。
  
  

(4)按摩、护肤
   
由于水中运动相对出汗较少,减少了陆上训练后汗水中的盐分对皮肤的刺激。

  (5)减肥
    水中运动采用有氧耗能形式,以糖原脂肪供能为主。因此,在进行此项运动的同时配合科学的营养饮食计划,对调节体内脂肪代谢、减体脂有十分显著的效果。
  
  

(6)塑形
   
在水中运动后,由于体表散热刺激和浮力压力刺激,可反射性地调节体脂分布,使之向皮下转移,促使脂肪合成,形成一层很薄的脂肪层,使形体线条变得柔韧和谐。
   
如果能够长期坚持做水中瑜伽,不但可调节人体姿势和脊柱生理弯曲,还能使整个人体向流线型发展,这种适应变异性塑造了人优美的线条,特别是对腹部、足部、臀部、胸部、肩背部曲线的塑造。
