为什么图书馆的网站进不到的？写什么ID过期了，请问下要怎样？

Kindly be informed that we are in the midst of migrating to a new library system. Our online renewal services at the library portal is temporarily unavailable. If you wish to renew your books, you may do so via phone call to the library counter at 03-83125852 (Cyberjaya campus) / 06-2523493 (Melaka campus), Yahoo Messenger Services at vlibcyber (Cyberjaya campus) / vlibmelaka (Melaka campus) and Service Counter only.
