1.The registration numbers of vechicles in a certain country use digits 1 to 999.If a visitor has just entered the country,what is the probabilty that the first car he sees has at least 2 identical digits?

Contain 1 identical number...
for 1digits...9
for 2digits...9x9=81
for 3digits...9x9x8=648
Total=648+81+9=738

Probability(at least 2 identical number)
=1-(738/999)
=29/111

3个digits的应该是9x9x8
1st digit可以放1~9,所以就是9个号码
2nd digit可以放0~9,但是有一个号码已经放在1st digit的位置了,所以是10-1=9个号码
3rd digit也是可以放0~9,但是有2个号码已经放在1st&2nd digit的位置了,所以10-2=8个号码
Total=9x9x8
