The Rights Issue is conditional upon a share split involving the subdivision of every one (1) existing ordinary share of RM1.00 each in SEGi into two (2) Shares and a bonus issue of 71,274,204 new Shares (“Bonus Shares”) to be credited as fully paid-up on the basis of two (2) Bonus Shares for every five (5) Shares held, both of which is targeted to be completed on 15 July 2010. The Abridged Prospectus, together with the Notice of Provisional Allotment and Rights Subscription Form (collectively referred to as "Documents" in relation to the Rights Issue, will be despatched on 28 July 2010 to the entitled shareholders whose names appear on the Record of Depositors on 26 July 2010. The Documents will also be available on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad's website (http://www.bursamalaysia.com) from 26 July 2010. The Documents will only be sent to the entitled shareholders who have a registered address in Malaysia. 如果股价有被扣去0.40，哪它的warrant价就是0.05 + 0.40 = 0.45。

这不是规定的，是一种技术吃没有能力买right的人的钱。
所以我们常常可以看到一间赚钱的公司也要出right。

这样看来好像我已经亏钱了。。

我在顶价2。54买了一粒，今天调去2.04料。。

我才Entitle 500粒Warrant。。

所以我亏了RM0.40 * 500 unit = RM200。。
