05.07.2010(一)p.m.
返到屋企,枱上放住份包裹,想必係拜托女友哥哥從AmiAmi郵購的[超像可動]。包裹的箱子左右有凹的跡象,但相信入邊係完整無缺的。每次收到包裹,都會將開封的過程用相機拍下嚟見證那份喜悅感,呢次亦不例外。從外影到内,一直深信日本人的包裝措施係做到足的,所以外盒雖然出現壓傷的情形,但裏面肯定係完美無瑕的。不過事與願違……我崩潰了……

我將相片與心情放上Facebook,得到的回應徹底令我失望……唔知係咪身位馬來西亞的華人畀人蝦慣?大家畀我感覺係“既來之,則安之”,[習慣]政府部門運作就好啦!而且只係盒扁咗咋嘛,入邊冇事咪得囉。呢啲回應令我覺得[好無力]……
不如轉個角度諗下啦,如果“你”好興奮哋出咗架[入口車]。呢一日,你終于攞到架新車,不過因爲運輸方面出現咗啲問題,架車到你手時外殼[花晒]不堪入目。但車内卻完整無缺,根本係新一樣。你……可以接受吗?







06.07.2010(二)a.m.
成個過程牽涉到3個單位,包括:1.AmiAmi 2.日本快遞EMS 3.馬來西亞快遞POS LAJU。
1.身邊有幾個朋友曾喺AmiAmi買過嘢,雖然佢哋包裝係[簡陋],但從未出現過似我呢种情況。而細心觀看[皇后殺手]&[世界]的外盒,“八角”無損,貨品QC不容置疑,所以問題不在于呢個單位。
2.EMS,全日本最快的運輸公司,被運輸的貨品更有保險保障,係大家心目的信心肯定。如果我的包裹喺呢度出現問題,EMS根本唔會[收]而會退返畀寄件人(AmiAmi)。
3.如上,如果包裹係有問題的,“佢哋”根本唔會收而會退返畀日本EMS。但事實證明佢哋“冇”! 我假設冇嘅原因係 - 包裹從日本EMS傳到呢度本來就完美無瑕的!!!所以造成呢次疏忽,呢個單位嫌疑最大!!!

玩具係女友哥哥幫我買的,所以要麻煩佢幫我send個mail+相畀AmiAmi。内容如下:
Hello amiami,
I have received the toy packages (ID 5xxxxxx) on 5 July 2010.
However, I am extremely dissapointed to inform you that the delivery is very poor and the packages is totally unacceptable.
Please refer to the attached photos for your attention.
I have bought from different dealers through online before,
and this is the first time we met packages in such condition, which the parcel was almost out of shape and the figurine box was terrible twisted.
It was obvious that the protection for the item was vulnerable and insecure.
I do aware you take no responsibility for damages limited to a product's outer packages.
However, the serious damages on the outer packages is due to the lack of inner protection/wrapping.
This caused the toy ruined in such way which made us truly dissapointed and dissatisfied.
For so, I would like to hear from you if I can settle this case in a peaceful way.
To avoid such cases happen again be it to us or other valued customer,
We strongly recommend your figure shop to improve your packaging system.
(i.e: to use bubble wrapping and more hard/solid boxes to delivery these goods)
We trust in Amiami which is a representable and responsible online dealer, and I don't want to lost faith in dealing with you again due to this delivery case.
For so, I would be much appreciated if I can receive a token of compensation or equal value of apology.
And I am still hoping to do another business with your figure shops with better packaging & services.

事情涉及3個單位,但我可以對的只有1&3。既然1已send了mail,唯有乖乖等答覆。所以早上就攜帶包裹同女嚟到3。(以下内容係喺TD寫的,所以我唔重寫直接Copy過嚟)
身為一個馬來西亞公民,今日我再一次對政府機構感到失望......
攞了號碼去到櫃檯,對方循例問咩事。
一五一十講后,對方打開我的包裹,(反應就如各位睇到相一樣)
然後用手機應酬哋影[兩張相],再[好粗魯]哋攞出皇后殺手&世界睇係乜嘢。
揸住個盒,左揸~右揸~仲有想打開的衝動。(在旁睇到我火都嚟埋!)
然後話[呢啲絕對唔關我哋事,係日本方面出現問題]。(好嘢~掌聲鼓勵)
關於外國傳入我國的包裹[我哋一律不負責]。(好嘢~拍爛手掌)
但我哋可以幫你做一個Report然後傳去日本的EMS,跟住再等消息......
講咗一堆廢話,就要我哋填Form。
程序上搞掂晒~

1Q:點解盒出邊貼住Fragile都會變成咁?
A:黐Fragile的入邊都會有層Bubble wrap,所以係寄出去的人冇做足安全措施,而且佢紙皮箱太薄了。(問非所答,好嘢~)
2Q:當發現包裹有損傷,呢度郵政局唔係唔會接手而退返去架咩?(嘩~女友呢題好嘢^^)
A:......(答唔出,仲好嘢)
最後負責人話總之我哋會幫你搞,你哋返去[等消息]啦。然后扮忙閃水~
哈哈哈~呢啲咁嘅服務態度真係好嘢!!!

尋晚sent去AmiAmi mail,佢哋下晝就回覆了:
Hello TIN,
Thank you for your mail. We are very sorry to see the condition your package arrived in. We understand that you are very distressed by the way this package was handled, however in our experience bubble wrap, etc would not make any difference when a package is subjected to this type of shipping stress. We have already increased the thickness and sturdiness of several of our boxes, however when packages are mangled to the degree yours was even the thickest box will be destroyed. In this situation the fault lies very clearly with the shipping company, and fortunately your order was shipped via EMS. Please file a damage report at your local post office for the damaged shipment and then forward that damage report to us. We will open a claim with the Japan Post and seek to have your purchase price refunded under EMS's insurance policy.
Once the Japan Post accepts the insurance claim report (with your damage report) we will be abole to send you replacement figures. The World is currently sold out at our store and as such we are in the process of acquiring a replacement for your claim. Because of this, it may take a bit of time until we are able to send replacements for your items.
Please file the damage report with the Malaysian Postal offices as soon as possible and forward that to us. We will then process the claim on the Japan side.

收到呢封Mail,我即刻將快遞郵政局的[複印報告]scan落嚟然後send過去。
成件事暫未完結,不過對方話會負責,至少聽到都覺得安慰。
暫且唔提最後結果係如何,但至少......日本方面畀我知道[咩係誠意]!!!

LZ,对于你的遭遇我深表同情
我曾经在2.50pm到邮局,要寄poslaju
柜台小姐跟我说2.30pm poslaju account关了
我惟有走人
当我要离开时,我看到旁边邮局的人拖(注意:是拖)着两包很大包的东西,全部是邮寄的包裹到门外的货车
然后呢,手用力拿起来,丢进去货车尾箱
用丢啊!!!里面几个几十个包裹包在一个麻布袋里就这样很响亮“砰”的一声。。。
接着第2个麻布袋也是用丢的。。。
最近还敢起价啊!!
e parcel RM7.00
poslaju RM13.70。。。

我从amiami订购的物品,到达后也是变酱。一次后就不想再跟amiami买了 :@ 他们的packaging实在太有问题!
试问这种大便纸哪里可以承受压力?外箱又薄 :@ 被他们的offer price骗了。我试过hlj,和其它online shop,他们用的外箱都比较后,里面有时塞纸皮,有时用buble wrap+recycle paper或styro等,比起大便纸更有承受力 |

我今天拿到的也是被压到
包裹 一边都有严重的凹进去和皱!
所幸里面玩具没事,不过玩具盒子也难逃一劫
盒子后面一边凹进去至里面的plastic
盒子上面也有凹进去的迹象==
也是从amimi那边买回来的.....haiz |

你們錯了,連號稱運輸盒最硬的HLJ都會變形。
我有很多跟郵政局deal的經驗,最後發現怎樣都是吹他們不漲。。。幾年前的經驗,海關人員跟我說貨物抵達海關時通常是top condition的。。。。所以,是誰的責任,不言而喻啦。。。。
不知道郵政局怎樣拿ISO。。。。
我本身已經麻木,所以我寧願自己去海關取貨,都不要讓郵政局動我的貨。 |

朋友,我以前上學時是繁體,簡體一起學的。還有,我也是bo po mo fo 和 漢語拼音一起學的。
寫廣東話沒有問題,只要不要連一些廣東話粗口一起寫出來。 |

来支持楼主,我的货也一样,经过邮政局后,盒子被压倒烂烂,上面还是写了大大个FRAGILE的,看来下次应该写mudah pecah,那么他们才看得懂 (题外话,广东谐音字看到眼睛很累,又要想,下次用华语比较好吧 ) |

很同情LZ的遭遇,只能说他们很没责任感!
前几天收到1999的包裹,还好没事,盒子很Solid!

写广东字不奇怪吧,如果你是有在哪个站看过,Copy个link来证明他是转贴的!?
