关于streamyx的一些问题想请教~

我是今年june intake的mmu学生~ 今年的5月尾，我和几个朋友和一些不是很熟的senior在外租了一间屋子，

在还没搬进去前senior说会帮我们弄4mbps/88permonth的student package，但是现在出了一些状况~

在我们还没认同的情况下他们忽然说已经申请了2mbps/130permonth的给我们了 ，而不是之前所说好的 ，

过后问他们能不能batal掉，他们也说没有办法，一年的contract。（到现在还没安装）

我想请问各位mmu的学长学姐们~我们不想要多出这些钱… 有什么办法吗？？？

student package是有送netbook的
RM130/2mb是blockbuster deals配套
如果还没有来装的话
可以去tm point要求cancel的

你们可以不要，因为都不是你们的名
如果senior发烂渣，直接找其他senior帮你解决..
不然就把屋主找来，因为有可能是之前的housemate用着blockbuster deal，
然后还有剩一年左右，不想赔赔偿金，所以叫你们吃死猫。。

以上纯属推测，帮忙confirm下那条line under谁的名？

bockbuster 没有记错的话是打local不用钱，然后include电话费， 4M 140~
cool unipack 有送netbook，没有包电话费，没有的打local，可是便宜，4M RM88~
应该没有错~

I asked them about can i transfer my current 4mbps combo package which already been used for more than 1 year - combo package contract bond 1 year

Staff A: Can't, perlu potong first then only can create, will take 3 days / 1 week to do that and you won't be able to use the internet during that period ( i forgot the details already ); i repeat the same question for more than twice or even third
As my friends still asking questions to other staffs
I decided to ask another staff
Staff B: Yes, you can, and you can still connect to the internet without any disruption

Conclusion: TM - SUCK! Malay almost the same, they don't have 'responsible' one
But you can only bear with that as they're our government

申请时文件处理到还可以一半还中途换人农，不同人不同做法

因为你懂比较多嘛！
和streamyx combo有什么不同？
还有另外一个每个月+RM10打local不用钱。
RM110是多少Mbps的？
