裝修！ 報價！？

地點： Bandar Mahkota Cheras.
裝修項目
1） 全屋的Plaster Ceiling.
2) 全屋拉電， （ 沒有細分， 只是說我要幾個Air-cond point, Lightning Point)
3) 客廳+廚房2x2 tiles. ( 包材料）
4） 全屋的鐵花
5） 屋內的油漆
6） Car Porch 的2 邊圍牆
7） 廚房 L-shape Solid face 廚櫃+ 壁櫃
8）電視backdrop
要32k 大洋， 因為這是全包的價錢， 我想有啥要注意的？
開工前要收30% 的定金。 有這樣的payment mode 嗎？ |

油漆是包漆的?
如果自己买.....可能会不够要加...CLAIM单.... |

包漆的Nippon 或 ICI。 大家覺得價錢是否公道？

我的也是BMC
- car porch: 石灰
- backyard : 石灰
- plaster ceiling 2 楼 （不包厕所），楼下dining area
- 楼上，楼梯 换完tiles (自己买）,楼下小房铺tiles
- 楼上两间厕所做water proofing
- kitchen L shape (no kitchen cabinet)
- 窗口百叶窗的换成swing
- owning (不懂怎样spell)
- 客厅窗口换成sliding door
还没包grilling, painting,拉电。。
他quote我20k出。。 |

你可以参考我的contractor给我的价钱，应该可以扣１０到２０％。

LZ,as 我知道,ID 要到你家看才能给你一个QUOTE.每间家都不一样DESIGN,不能一概而论.
几PERCENT定金就DEPEND..是要先给的. 如果你还没CONFIRM,也许我能叫我女友公司去QUOTE你,比较一下价格,因为我也是住那一带, 要就PM我吧.谢谢! |
