TANJUNG OFFSHORE BERHAD ("TANJUNG" OR THE COMPANY")
NOTICE OF SUSPENSION IN TRADING OF SECURITIES
On behalf of the Board of Directors of Tanjung, AmInvestment Bank Berhad (a
member of AmInvestment Bank Group) wishes to announce that there will be a
suspension in the trading of the Companys securities on the Main Market of
Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (Bursa Securities) with effect from 2.30 p.m.
to 5.00 p.m. on Thursday, 17 June 2010 pursuant to paragraphs 16.03 and 3.1(b)
of Practice Note 2 on Requests For Suspension, of the Main Market Listing
Requirements of Bursa Securities pending a material announcement to be made.
This announcement is dated 17 June 2010. |
