汽车保险--请问扣谁的NCD？

在一场车祸中， 若有三个车主，
1）肇事者 punca 是一名没有驾照的少年；
2）甲车主；
3）乙车主

请问甲和乙车主claim的保险是，扣谁的NCD？

谁撞谁先，肇事者撞甲，甲撞乙。。。还是一次过撞2辆

CAR A knock CAR B,　CAR B bumped against CAR C, so is that mean
Car B & C will claim ins. from Car A?

    if the insurance has claimed and his NCB will lose.
    a = no licence

    possible  /// c claim b  and b claim his own insurance and sue a.(because insurance a will not pay for driver without lesen)

or       c claim own insurence and b also claim own insurance.

That means it's also possible that C will claim his own insurance instead of Insurance of B?

How come C need to bear the insurance of his own instead of insurance of B?

Car c claim from Car B, Car B claim from Car A, easy~~~ 只有car C 的 NCD 不会被扣~~

   Car C need go to do police report than inform own insurance company, if own insurance company is good, u can go to own ins. company car factory to repair the car, n your ins. company will claim Car B ins. company, easy.. u no need pay first~~~

    Car B can claim from Car A insurance, just the teenager will kenal sampan, coz Car A got ins...if car A no more insurance,倒霉的是CAr B...

    insurance company will reject the claim if the driver without driving lesen. that mean u still can claim car owner to responsibility. the person claim his insurance campany cos process easy and very fast. short time to settle and yr vehicle can on the road too.
