回答你的问题，两个都可以exemted 9张paper
至于他们的不同，是学习的科目不同吧
commerce的比较少， acc的比较多
你可以上utar website了解他们的course structure

actually there are no different
the syallabus quite same
but the industry training for accounting for accounting is 1 long trimester n 1 short trimester
it is different with commerce accounting which is only 3 months
if u dun wan take acca then better to take accounting since after u graduate having the working experiences 3 years then u can automatically become the MIA member
