INTI AUP 能不能申请 PTPTN？

如题，有些人告诉我说可以，有些人说不可以，也有人讲要第二年开始
我打去 INTI，第一个人说第二年才可以，第二个人说不可以
我打去 PTPTN，那个人说不知道
我打去 TAYLOR，那个人说问 PTPTN

    Sure ? INTI gives me 100% tuition fee waiver for the first 30 credits. The rest 30 credits in Msia i gotta pay by myself.

    Hmm, i don't think so. My brother is studying at Segi. He's pursuing Pharmacy at Segi. I've asked for his opinions, and he tells me that Segi is not bad.

    US Iowa University ? Why don't you just change school now ? Change to INTI or Taylors.
