有谁知道学费还有hostel fee是要一起还还是分开来还?
我是新生。要用bank draft来还学费。
所以学费和hostel fee是分开成２张bank draft or 1?

Room is allocated upon receipt of application on first come first serve basis. Posting/Couriering of application form and bankdraft does not guarantee a place to stay. Unsuccessful applications will be notified by e-mail or telephone.
所以如果我交了bank draft上去可是申请不到hostel那钱会退回来吗?
