你的意思可能是要说网上很多图形趋好的股都可以找到。
我看到流汗.....看到图形有突破时，也要注意交易量，思考庄家是否会在派发/出货。散户一进去，看到股价微微涨，心态就稳了，慢慢的就被套牢了。 |

有些股因为一些原因，还未发动，所以受大盘影响，不走出自己的独立行情。 |

以2千8百万代价购入OCI Energy Sdn Bhd。 由内部融资和部份贷款偿还。这使到达雅在石油专用化工品的市场占有率从50巴仙提高到70巴仙。在达雅给BM的发布文告，OCI Energy S/B在2009/June的年度财报的EPS是27仙。收购预料在第三季完成, 收购将给达雅的2010年盈利带来正面增长。

Daya Materials buys OCI Energy for RM28m

DAYA Materials Bhd today entered into a share sales agreement to acquire OCI Energy Sdn Bhd for RM28 million.
Executive vice chairman Datuk Mazlin Md Junid said the acquisition would enable Daya Materials to further expand its business activities within the oil and gas and petrochemical industries.
He said the acquisition would be funded by internally generated funds and some borrowings.
"Now, with OCI Energy joining our family, our human capital will increase by another 22 per cent," Mazlin said at the signing of a sales and purchase agreement between Daya Materials and OCI Energy in Kuala Lumpur.
He said the acquisition would contribute positively to the company's future growth, increasing its market share in specialty chemical to almost 70 per cent from over 50 per cent previously.
Currently, Daya Materials has more than RM100 million worth of contracts in hand, he added.
Going foward, Mazlin said the company would continue looking to acquire new companies in order to enhance its position in the market.
According to him, the outlook of the oil and gas and petrochemical industry in the country is positive in the coming years.
Daya Materials is involved mainly in providing oil and gas products and services, specialty chemicals, advanced polymers, and technical services.
OCI Energy is engaged mainly in supplying equipment and specialty chemicals for oil and gas plants, and providing installation and maintenance services for air-conditioning and ventilation systems, automatic welding services for offshore pipeline installation, maintenance services for onshore plants and offshore facilities, and warehousing and fowarding facilities.

昨天又有一百万股的Direct Deal.
我现在意识到Direct Deal并不表示庄家就要拉抬，Direct Deal可能显示新旧庄家或者大股东的交接，Direct Deal也可能显示新庄家还处在建仓阶段。
所以，买这股是个中长期的投资，不大利于短期进出。 |
