Announcement Details : We refer to the announcements dated 5 October 2009 and 11 December 2009. On behalf of the Board of Directors of ETITECH, we are pleased to announce that the Securities Commission ("SC") had, vide their letter dated 6 April 2010, approved the Proposed Transfer under:- (i) Section 212(5) of the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007; and (ii) the Equity Guidelines. Furthermore, the SC had indicated that they have no further comment to the Introductory Document of ETITECH. The approval of the SC for the Proposed Transfer is subject to the following term and condition:- Term Transfer of the listing and quotation for the entire issued and paid-up share capital of ETITECH from the ACE Market to the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. Condition OSK Investment Bank Berhad / ETITECH should fully comply with all the relevant requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Transfer as stipulated in the Equity Guidelines. This announcement is dated 7 April 2010.

Announcement Details :

We refer to the announcements dated 5 October 2009, 11 December 2009 and 7 April 2010.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of ETITECH, we are pleased to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") had, vide its letter dated 12 April 2010 (received on 13 April 2010), approved the transfer of ETITECH’s entire enlarged issued and paid-up share capital from the ACE Market to the Main Market of Bursa Securities, under the “Technology” sector.

The Transfer will take effect immediately two (2) clear market days upon the issuance of the following:-

(a) the introductory document in relation to the Transfer;

(b) a box advertisement of the Transfer is advertised; and

(c) announcement to Bursa Securities on the transfer date via Bursa Link.

This announcement is dated 13 April 2010.

过去一些创板【前身自动报价股】升主板的股追踪只是在前段消息公布前有炒作--过后就越跌越惨的例子。。。HOVID-GHLSYS-DGATE。。。多数都是蛇吞大象的崎岖路坎坷
