to Peter Hor: FxOpen不给withdraw钱 - 请求帮忙

已经差不多一个星期多还withdraw不到钱........
Withdraw money in Fxopen is very trouble.......
I follow the instruction of local withdraw with filled in the request form (cabinet) and sent a bank passbook jpg file to them (wdrawlocal@fxmalay.com).
1. Firstly they said my jpg file is more than 400k, then I resent a file with 374k to them.
2. After that they said my file still over their size (I really not understand why they receive the file more than 400k because I only sent them 374k jpg file), then resent again the jpg file to them.
3. After that they said my file image not clear and asked me sent M2U screenshot to them, then I sent the screenshot to them.
4. Now they said my acct not in Fxmalay and cant process the withdraw!!!!!!!!
My withdraw was delay here and there and I really dont understand why cant they do their review job well.
It will save a lot of time if one shot point out all the problems.
Below is the latest problem email they sent to me:
""Akaun Trade anda tiada dalam senarai Fxmalay
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Sila pastikan akaun anda tidak mempunyai transaksi deposit bukan local/internal untuk melayakkan anda membuat pengeluaran bank tempatan.
Sekiranya terdapat transaksi sedemikian (mulai 2008) akaun anda akan automatik tidak layak.
Permintaan Pengeluaran Anda akan diproses dalam tempoh 48jam hari bekerja (setelah dana ditolak).""
I am thinking to PM you for this but I think a lot of other forum member also using prepaid card for their deposit,
I post it as normal thread so that other member can know what should they do for withdrawing money in near future.
I was using the prepaid card bought from you (Peter Hor) for deposit money, please advice what should i do to withdraw my money?

maybe ur acc open up is not in fxmalay
in fxopen ???....try to find out
because fxmalay is for malaysian ..i am open up fxmalay too |

试看 LIBERTY RESERVE。 WITHDRAW 进 LR 后， 可以联络 MAXXERIC，卖给他换回钱 跟他DEAL 过， 老实的。 他的站 www.umgold.com

不是拿不到钱
只是可能没机会 Local Withdraw 而已
一旦不是 LW 就损失了 3.5 的 rate
lz 要等到星期一才有人帮你  |

有個建議給你~不懂能不能用,你試看~
去開一個FXMALAY的account~想辦法看重新開過還是either用你的fxopen的開在fxmalay~
後者的方法我不清楚能不能用...你去問看~
過後用fxopen的function transfer你的funds去fxmalay的戶口~就能cashout了~
重點在"transfer funds"~
這樣可以省去很多步驟,也可以保留你的rate可以換在3.5~~ |

问过 FINANCE＠FXOPEN 鸟， 他们说如果是LOCAL DEPOSIT， 是可以用 LIBERTY RESERVE 来WITHDRAW。 如果最后搞不掂， 就走这条咯，亏一点对换率好过死在里面。
问他们如果是LOCAL DEPO， 可以用 LR WITHDRAW 吗？ 他们说 ：

第一: 我是 Malaysian 并且有 Maybank 户头为什么不能办local withdraw??
第二: 我想我没有看到或者是 Fxopen/Fxmalay 告诉我不能办local withdraw during open acct....
第三: 当我使用 Prepaid card 存款时他们没有告知我不能办 local withdraw by using Prepaid card deposit.....
第四: 为什么 Fxopen acct 可以使用 local deposit (prepaid card)但是不能办 local withdraw??
第五: 另外 Fxopen caninet 确实可以选择local withdraw为什么不能办local withdraw?
我开启Fxopen户头因为他的便利在可以local deposit and local withdraw 和没有 charges当使用 local withdraw, 可是此刻材知道deposit容易withdraw难......

上述的信件我也收過幾次..我大概做過3次local withdraw..
每每都有收到這類信..原因如下
我是在www.fxopen.com(國際戶口)註冊戶口而不是在fxmalay(專屬馬來西亞)註冊戶口
辦完withdraw程序后,如常收到上述信件..
大概3-5天工作日,你的款額將會出現在你要求的銀行里.
我看樓主可以現在查看了.
PS:用什麽方式入款,就用什麽方式取款
eg. Prepaid card/local deposit =local withdraw

如果开 ecn 户口 会不会对用户比较有保障呢？
