首先去finance department 还钱（忘记是20还是30了），然后拿那个receipt去ict，也就是finance department后面那边的，跟他们说你要做过id

今天过后......

Please be informed that students MUST DISPLAY UTAR STUDENT ID CARD at all times in the university premises. Students are subject to disciplinary action if caught not displaying ID card.

a) LOST ID CARD

If you have lost ID card:
1.       
Report to the Department of Student Affairs (DSA) IMMEDIATELY.
2.        If card is not found after 3 days, students MUST make a replacement ID card:
i. To pay RM25.00 at the Division of Finance (DFN)
ii.Bring the receipt (yellow copy) to Software Development & Multimedia Services Centre for identity card renewal
b) FINE

If a student is caught 3 times for not wearing student ID and give the excuse of ‘lost ID', a FINE of RM20.00 shall be imposed. (The student will also have to obtain a new student ID card after paying normal charge of RM25.00 for replacement of card.)

c) LOST ID CARD DUE TO ROBBERY

Students who have lost their ID due to robbery/snatch theft/natural mishap would pay RM12.50 for the replacement of ID card IF they could produce a police report on the loss of the student ID.
