Jurong Tech will be delisted

Jurong Technologies Industrial Corp Limited's judicial managers said the Singapore Exchange has written a letter to them stating the company will be delisted. The SGX also said it would like the contract manufacturing company to make the necessary arrangements for the delisting by way of a cash exit offer as soon as possible. The judicial managers said based on the current financial position of the company, Jurong Tech is insolvent. 'As such, the company is currently not in a position to propose a cash exit offer for its shareholders,' they said. The judicial managers are currently considering the options available to the company and will provide further updates in due course when there are further developments.
