记得要两个Ｃｏｐｉｅｓ，　然后准备ＲＭ２０手续费。如果你请自去以下地址弄，当天可拿到。如果是用寄大学两个星期可拿到。

要在Sessions Court Judge,Magistrate or Commissioner of Oaths　的面前宣誓。　（要手续费的，视地方为定）

这个我就不太了解。你先Ｐｒｉｎｔ　我给你的ｆｏｒｍ　ｌｉｎｋ，　ｐｒｉｎｔ　两份。去宣誓后才把这些文件带去我给你的地址，不要签名先，因为你要在宣誓官面前签名。

ＲＭ２０我忘了可以不可付ｃａｓｈ，你查查那ｗｅｂｓｉｔｅ看写些什么。　我之前是买　Ｂａｎｋ　Ｄｒａｆｔ因为我是寄过去的。关于认证的东西我就不懂了，因为我是拿来申请Ｎｅｗ　Ｚｅａｌａｎｄ　Ｖｉｓａ的。

Please be informed that application for certificate of good conduct could be processed within a day and the certificate could be issued on the same day or at the latest by the following day.
Application must be accompanied with a statutory declaration attested by a commissioner of oaths for all countries except The United States of America, Singapore, Spain and France*. Any applicant fails to obtain the statutory declaration would be considered through security vetting (1 to 2 months). In addition to the above, following particulars are required from the applicant.
1. Submit two (2) copies of the duly completed application form for the certificate of good conduct. The application form could be obtained at the counter of the consular division. Alternatively, it could also be downloaded from the ministry’s website : http://www.kln.gov.my
2. Two (2) recent passport size photographs;
3. Two (2) certified copies of identification card;
4. Two (2) certified copies of passport namely pages that contain details of the applicant ( first and last pages );
5. Self-addressed envelope size A4 with sufficient stamp;
6. Mode of application and processing fee :-
i) At Consular Counter Service : (Application in Person)
Ringgit Malaysia Twenty Only ( RM 20.00 ) in cash, Postal Order or Bank Draft
( Payable to : AKAUNTAN NEGARA MALAYSIA )
ii) Through Mail / By Post
Ringgit Malaysia Twenty Only ( RM20.00 ) in Postal Order or Bank Draft only
( Payable to : AKAUNTAN NEGARA MALAYSIA )
* In practice resident embassy of the four country would recognize certificate of good conduct if it is issued by virtue security vetting.

应该是要认证吧！因为我知道很多中国留学生留学回来都一切文凭都要外国的中国领事馆认证。

我有申请过。在putrajaya Ministry of Foreign Affair 可以申请。

这是对的。我打电话去问过。如果你在广州马来西亚领事馆申请的话就要等两个月。如果在putrajaya外交部申请就当天可以拿到。
我记得那时去申请的时候passport资料和后面签名那页复印2set 还有要拿给有pangkat(Dato, Tan Sri, etc...)的人签名认证

    好処就是可以十年不用去出入境大厅....稅率应該不変...不会申請了綠卡就提高...我每个月都交一百來块个人所得稅
