请问warrant的Conversion Ratio是怎样算？如果exercise price是RM1.00， underlying share price是RM0.90， conversion ratio 是2 for 1，conversion ratio在warrant转换去母股占什么样的角色？谢谢各位高手的指点。。。

    朋友!我沒有TAMADAM-WA的資料...... !
    不過基本上, 滑輪換母股就是要以轉換比率加轉換價+你滑輪的成本就成了....划不划得來你自己看著辦....
    TAMADAM好像是做BONDED WAREHOUSE的,你是做這行的嗎???怎麼會想買它....有什麼好消息????

所以过了04/01/2010 它将成为废纸，
因为转换价高于母价！

如果股票的数量太少的话，
现在要卖也不能，
因为卖了，
还要倒贴钱，
原因是水钱多过卖的钱！

Conversion ratio is determine by the issue company when they issue the warrant. You can check it from the stock exchange website or the company website. The conversion ratio states the number of warrant required for the conversion of one share.

conversion price = (conversion ratio * warrant price ) + Exercise Price
                        = 2*warrant price + RM1.00

In order to get profit by buying the warrant, the underlying share price must at least greater than (2*warrant price + RM1.00).
