昨天用RM 1.05 的价格买了几粒AMFirst 大马第一产业信托，多几天股息 4.87仙就要除权了，这里谁有买？

老人股少人买，REIT股的回酬大都差不多。不如你把AMFIRST资料放上来给大家看吧

我有买。嘿嘿，因为我是老人，哈哈哈。
决定向200，000 前进。
它，每年都有+ - 8% 的利息,好过放银行。
因为：不想买产业，出租，嫌麻烦，买REIT 是最佳选择啦。
当然，还有其他组合，高风险。。。成长股。。。
我都有固定买AMFIRST 的习惯。

老人今年几岁了。最好AMFIRST每季派股息. 每季派股息较爽..心理上好过些不须等半年。。比较有收租金的感觉

我前几天收到股息了！！！
我赞同maxwind80的话，如果可以每季发股息就更好了，像hektar这样！

唉！之前以RM1.06的价格卖出5000 unit 的AmFirst现在看他慢慢的上到RM1.13真的不是滋味！！！

现在价钱有点高。。。。。。。等跌了才买。

这股我持有相当久，买时0.97，近来脱手。时常有去Summit Square，发现它的租户一个个搬走，朋友（租户之一）也对其管理层大吐口水，于是决定卖掉。
