Current Sensing using Difference Amplifier

	Rin

Rf = 10KR;  Rin = 1KR;  V2 = V+;  V1 = V-

想请问，这个circuit 有没有问题？
我再protel simulate 没有问题。。但是在breadboard 不能。。。

以前做的东西。。。最近有点update 和 结果，来分享一下。。。


R1 = R4
R2 = R3
Gain = R1/R2
Difference Amplifier:
Vout = Gain*(VR2 - VR1)

Modified with Voffset:
Vout = Gain*(VR2 - VR1) + Voffset.

Voffset = 5V
Positive Current flow, Vout > 5V.
Negative Current flow, Vout < 5V.

拿来测量charging, discharging 电流 或者 放在 motor H-bridge, 测量 motor 电流（motor力度），旋转方向，因该会很好用。。。

你的op amp 不是 isolated amp, 不要放在high side.

你看lm324 schematic.  V+ 只有5V 但是 Vin + & vin - 是12V.

几个看法：
1。你的current sense resistor 放在 motor -VE  to ground 那里。。
2。V+ 放高点。
3。用 isolated amp.
4. 用high side current shunt monitor, 比如 INA168

对op amp 了解不是很深， 想请问怎样分别是不是isolated amp?

因为这个project 是要代替原有的 analog ammeter (solar charger原装一起来的), 原有的 shunt 是在 high sense 那里。没有办法，只好跟着做。

其实我也觉得用专用测量电流的IC 比较正确，可是赶工，和order IC 的人不是我 -_- 所以就用现有的component 来做。有点乱来的感觉，可是幸好目前没有大问题。
