股息

有几个问题：

1）在除权日当天买的股票有得拿股息吗？（如果持票到派息日）
2）FINAL DIVIDEND 5％ T.E.  或是 FINAL DIVIDEND 25 SEN T.E. 那个T.E.是什么意思？

没有试过收到派股息，所以不知道。希望各位大大分析一下。

1) EX-date 当天买是没有dividen 的。
  只要是ex-date 之前有票就有dividen.
2) T.E --Tax Exempt 是不需要给tax 的

你没给我详细的资料（股票名，它是take over 或 cash offer 等等）， 所以我只能从这个句子， 大概给你知道而已。

1) 这可能会是take over/cash offer 的， 如果你要接受这offer/take over 你必须在17/08/09 4:00 pm 之前, 把你的票transfer 去那指定的户口 (Depositor's Securities Account ).

2) 这可能是bonus issues/ dividen shares, 这只是通知你在13/08/09 12:30pm 收到票。  ***securities exempted 是不需要交/做任何securities (如:签名接受）***mandatory deposit 一定/自动进票给持票人户口。

这也是从句子大概， 不完全确定。。。

那17号又是什么意思？

曾经股票经纪人告诉过我， 股票交易是否有赚也要把股息和派息前景计算在内。 单靠股价的波动很难把赚副锁定的， 是不是这样？

那什么是过户日，什么是派息日？

我对这两个名字还是很陌生~

也可以这样讲啦。。 因为股价没起落的话， 你只赚到dividen而已。 这样算也有道理。

这应该很明显，1。 票过户口的日期-你户口在当天就会有票，也可以在当天卖票。  2。派利息的日期- 这天registra会把dividen chq 寄出， 所以你在等多2/3 天就会收到chq.
