我也投诉过这间银行,有个女的态度真是差到。。。。。。 自己打电话来,听到顾客拒绝她promot的东西语气就很糟糕,还盖顾客电话:@ 后来打电话去投诉,搞到一个自称经理的人向我道歉 |

我原本也是有他家银行的信用卡,但因为那次,我直接叫那位自称经理的人帮我cut掉了,我告诉她:“我又不是没有别家银行的信用卡,而且别家给的限额比你们的高,我为什么要受气用你们的卡?” |

tq to share with us. I ask my friend , she told me that as long as we are using the credit card 12 trasaction per year , so they ( customer service ) have the right to waive it. If not using 12 trasaction per year, they are not empowerment to waive it. So they need to transfer to other deparment , call card retenetion department to handle it . That why when you call the customer service , they not empowerment to waive it so they ask the person incharge to call back you regarding annual fees waiver. This is what my friend told me, just to share with you all..... |

service 还超级无敌差一下
是关于 government tax 的问题,我的卡5月到期3月份就 charge 我RM50
还在1月的时候,还打过电话询问过的,5月份才需要交RM50
打电话去带我去逗花园...气起来直接跑到JB分行...还跟我打太极...
马上直接 cancel credit card...
后来前前后后打了2通电话来,要我用回他们的卡...
我都一一 SAY NO!!! |

我的也是在johor bahru 的。 服务也是很差。对他们的服务真的是彻底的失望. 无论是在分行,还是phone banking,还有credit card agent的态度方面都很不满意。打算取消我所有在citi的账户和信用卡。 |
