本人今天要告诉大家,吉隆玻 第一次光顾sungai wang plaza 6楼diamondcomic店的故事..............

本人之前在ebay找到此店卖本人想买的模型，物价 RM ( %  SHIPPING RM ! )
所以就趁这次又下KL 就顺便过去买。
到那边，她说本店的价钱跟 ebay 放的价钱不同！
我在想...本人亲自出马来逛你店，也要付她 Shipping Fees??!! 你说他们做生意好料吗？吃人吃到浆明显...
也对，shipping fees 其实也没多少钱，但是他们给我的理由是---店的价钱跟 ebay 放的价钱不同！！
他说 Rm ( % 不能卖....
料为什么 ebay 又要放 Rm ( %  ? 直接放 Rm ! ) % 麻.....
我觉得不老实... 东西有没有问题也还不知道...
最后我也没有买，请各位注意以下这间店。

我也去了time square 的time machine,一个顾客拿了320的模型问他有没有扣，因为那时有贴扣10%，但店主讲这个已经很低了，没扣，所以他就讲不要然后走了。过后店主就在那边射他说看：他样子就知道他没心买的，这种人可以不用理他，将便宜了还要我扣，慢慢等啦。。。

Time Machine...experience a bad treatment before. The aunty tell me cant touch gundam box, just "look and see"...how i decide to buy it without have a clear view about it and touch the box. For my experience, the aunty and uncle who jaga this shop is familiar with gundam, but not other thing in the shop. The boss of this shop...aiks, i ask the boss one nendoroid detail and price through his msn messenger, but he no reply my message even i ask him twice time. And before that, i had personally phone call him and ask one nendoroid exclusive version, he reply me with an overprice that exceed market price even it is exclusive version...i no deal with him cos i can get more cheap from other place.

Last time long time ago, i think TM gunpla quite cheap, but now no more, only limited to some of the old model only.
But other than that everything is overprice... too overprice ! 1 thing i dunlike is the auntie always keep saying his son purposely bring it over from japan, so what ?! even so ur stuff is still overprice, no need to repeatedly said the same thing.

Yes..the auntie keep say like this, and mention that the thing cant find anywhere alrdy...but i think his son go to japan just only go visit his fren or go play play only, not purposely go to search the toys, since in my experience he not very interested to run his toys business, just like doing part time.

derrick wife/gf favorite phrase - "cheap already la..you know how much yen conversion now or not, dont trust me go down to the money exchange there and see how much already yen", "cannot discount already la, untung a bit only", then when ask her something...she no clue what we asking one doh.gif

TM still the best Gundam shop in Malaysia. Say what you like. If you people think you very smart, go elsewhere to buy.

No need hide behind the monitor and talk. Come to TM and show your face.

yes I know if someone want to boycott some shop is easy as they attend spread rumors around but trust me this way you make it more worst. If I were you... I rather improvise give friendly advice and stated reason with fact why TM price is like that instead of accusing this or that?

Come on I know Timesquare shop rental is high and TM need a few profit to maintain their shop but at least we know those situation but that reason not sufficient enough to hold the truth as people said some price from other toy shop (inside Timesquare also) is cheaper more than TM. So we just need more justify fact reason/proof because as customer we don't really fond to pay more than we need to. Please try to look as customer perspective.

Oh wow the amount of argumentum ad hominem in here is really annoying.

To the new guy who registered yesterday, I just have one thing to say to you:

When 1 person complaints, one may doubt his story. But when more than 2 persons complaint on the same issue, then I think it merits some truth. If you are indeed from TM, you would take these issues seriously because these ARE your customers talking, and as a businessman I'm sure you know that Business101 means taking care of your customers.

Truthfully, I've been to your shop a few times as well, and I've also gotten the same treatment as what a few of the guys mentioned here. On one occasion, I was also a little pissed when one of the kits I bought was claimed to be the "last piece", only to buy it and then come back the next day to see the exact same box on display again.

Just read through the last three pages, and i saw complaints about TM. Ok, time for me to voice up. I was ONCE a supporter of TM, buying gundams from TM even though GraffitiToys is cheaper. Then after a while, i began to change my mind. One time i went with my mom and gf, and they got the "HANDLE WITH CARE TREATMENT". Another occasion on a tuesday, my gf wanted to get me a MG Unicorn as a present. So she called up TM and asked for stock. They told her they have it and she rushed to TS to get it. The aunty told her it was very popular, limited already and there wont be any restock for awhile. And believing that, my gf paid RM188 for it. On the same week, we went to TS again. Guess what we saw? A pile of gundam unicorns in TM at rm175. MY gf felt she was cheated. Still being a supporter of TM, i convinced her that the aunty was not doing it on purpose. But then, about some time later, i went with my bro and gf to TM. I wanted to get a HG Flag. So happened there were 5 boxes left. One of them was priced at rm 50, and the rest at rm 40. I asked the aunty why is it priced at rm 50? Not rm 40 meh? And the famous speech came out. "Oh this one last box, very popular. You better take it, if not cant find anymore." Then i said " Aunty, there are 4 boxes there all rm 40 wo". And her answer was "Oh izit? then u choose lor". I took the rm 40 one, paid for it and i never bought stuffs from there again. And to the TM orang, sometimes it is not the price. A good customer service will always ensure customers' favour even though the price is a bit high. Just look at TFM. Their customer service is good, and that is the main reason i can see it is one of the best hobby shop around. For me, customer service is always first, price is second.

Once i was in TM, and there's another Caucasian man, dress business-like and looked like he's in a business trip, in the shop. He was telling the aunty he's looking for a gift for his 5 or 6 year-old son back home, some "robot", preferably need some building . Clearly he knew nothing about toys or model, so he's expecting the shopkeeper to recommend him something. And the shop keeper was actually trying to sell a box of PG Strike! I was shocked!

ok, i would like to assume the shopkeeper knows nothing about gunpla model, and she didnt know a PG Strike is not something a 5-year-old could handle, benefit of doubt. so i suggest either try to upgrade the shopkeeper's knowledge about the product, or it'll be easily being interpreted as being unethical in doing business.

TM是這樣的啦..話說我第一次去的時候竟然給我看到新出的keroro戰國set..

他一直拼命說就來賣完了,很多都有人訂了..只有一盒沒有人訂他可以先賣給我之類的....當時也的確只有3盒(我眼所看到的 )我就這樣傻傻的買下了..
後來不到15分鐘我又轉回去,結果發現剛剛還剩下2盒的竟然又突然有三盒..
他看到我進門時那個樣子讓我無法忘記,很搞笑..
而且他立刻就跟我說那一盒原本收下來給別人的,現在先拿出來放= =


下次如果你們去那裡他跟你說甚麼快沒完了之類的你們千萬不要相信..寧可miss掉,也不要一時衝動被他騙到

tm...haiz...但我还是在那边买了我的0 gundam，因为有discount...但，不爽他的service,很差，什么都不懂，问他decal也不会，magnet也不懂。。只会一直叫人家买，将很便宜了，其实很贵。也很讨厌坐在counter的女子，摆它那不耐烦的样子。。

金河六楼不用看的 ，价钱贵到死 ，TM 的 aunty 很串下 ，uncle 就没问题 ，我还是喜欢去夜神的店 ，又靠近 ，又便宜。
