如何將notepad/wordpad裏的data store進database？

如題
我是新手，很多都不會
不一定要用到notepad/wordpad，可以介紹一些file format嗎？
用到html/php，要如何才可做到呢？
請大家幫幫忙，謝謝

use Excel to create SQL statement, for example, enter your data (i.e. A1 and B1) into Excel worksheet, use another column (D1 here) to create the SQL statement which refer to the A1 and B1, then AutoFill the D1 until D999, assumed you have 999 rows of data in A1 and B1.
