关于LB-WA的红股问题

Good afternoon! After finish read the KLSE annoument for LBalum bonus issue and realiase lbalum will bonus issue 4 give 3 but lbalum-wa doesn't have.

LB－WA这就几天的走势不佳就是因为这个错误的消息。
听清楚，这是个错误的消息。

LB－WA绝对和母股一样，会分发四送三的红股。

那么，为什么KLSE的报告又是不同的呢？
那是因为读的人的理解能力不足所造成。

很悲哀，我有一位任职股票经纪的朋友也这样的认为，他竟然跟客户讲，凭单是没有送红股的，害得那位客户紧张的找我。

我解释给那位客户听，那则KLSE的报告是说：如果你是想用2.30的价钱转换成母股，那么就请在8月10 号之前转换，过期一律不可。
这也就是说，过了10号，你再寄来2.30零吉也是没有用了！
过了10号，以2.30零吉的转换价是不可以再获得4送3的红股了！

它讲这句话的目的是告诉凭单的持有人，请不要在10号至22号之间寄2.30零吉来转换成母股。
（因为如果你们这样做是会搞乱它的红股分配计划。）

但是，如果你没有在期限内以2.30零吉的价钱转换为母股，你就只好等到22号之后，才可以再转换了。
那时候的转换价将会调整为1.314零吉，而且你手上的凭单数量也将会跟着调整。

英文的神奇就在这里了：“你手上的凭单数量也将会跟着调整。”
它的意思就是说：你手上原有的4张将会调整成7张！
这也就是说你将获得4送3的凭单！

可怜，很多的股友就是不明白这点。
所以，这无形中就给投机者一个机会：等到大家都知道，原来凭单也是有送红股的！凭单的价钱就会回弹。

The said broker is correct, the LB-w wont entitled any bonus issue (3 for 4).

It mean if U have 4 warrants, after the ex-date U still have 4 warrants, but the conversion price will be adjusted to the banus issue.

annoucement 里面的东西，我懒惰去看(因为没有买)，，，我是这样猜的，猜错别见怪。。。。


去年的 annual report (september 2003) 的最后几页。。。。。
total warrant holdings =  32650333 units.

现在的是 : 57138083 UNITS

klse.8k "应该" 没有说错.

ex 是 exercised, 还是 expired ?

emmm, 我查过了， 那个 2003 9月 的warrant....expired date 在 05 年。。。

然后你再看，    32650333  x   7/4 = 57138083  !!!....

等我有空， 我再查 最近它 有没有 发新的 warrants...
