Where to buy GSM modem?

Hi All,
Do you know where to buy GSM modem in Penang or Butterworth?
GSM modem is an electronic device where it can connect to computer through serial port to send SMS.
SIM card will inserted in the GSM modem where SMS will be charged to that SIM card.
