IE Hijack Remover is a utility used to fix Microsoft Internet Explorer when a malicious website sets the start page and search pages to redirect.

IE Hijack Remover will reset your Internet Explorer Settings so that it will no longer get redirected to unwanted Web Sites. Some sites will "hijack" Internet Explorer so that the home page will be constantly reset to point to the page that the hijacker wants you to see, not the one you truly want.

你没有这个MSVBVM60.DLL files,所以你需要安装这个VB6 Runtime Files.
