取消信用卡的terminate letter

其实不用写信的。。。去到branch那里直接剪卡就可以了。。。他们会给你一张termination letter。。。签名就可以了啦。。。。 |

有谁有取消信用卡的terminate letter？
我英文不好，也没写过类似的信件。
那张卡也是银行寄来的，我都没activate，
一年后却跟我要200++的年费，
打电话给客服员，他说要我写officer 的terminate letter哦。
请大家帮个忙。。谢谢~~ |

Termination letter 的内容大概是這樣。。
RE: Account Number: xxxxxx
Account Name: xxxxxx
With reference to the above, I would like to terminate the above metioned credit card account effective from ..... (insert date)..

服务税下月实行 更新信用卡才征50令吉

（吉隆坡21日讯）信用卡持有人目前无须急于“割”卡，因为财政部已决定在每年更新信用卡时，才征收50令吉的服务税。
明年1月起，所有信用卡新申请者，需要即时缴付50令吉服务税。
至于旧信用卡，虽然每张信用卡一般的有效期为3年，但政府将会依据持卡人信用卡上的使用月份，来订下明年应缴付服务税的月份。
财政部副部长拿督曹智雄告诉《南洋商报》，消费人在明年1月申请到新信用卡，那么就要缴付50令吉服务税予银行，再由银行转交政府。
他举例，如果持卡人旧信用卡的一年使用期是在明年5月，那么，他只需要在那个时候缴付50令吉的服务税。
他强调，政府征收的服务税款额不变，主卡每年50令吉，附属卡每年25令吉。
欠卡债设法摊还
不过，他劝请国民在更新或申请信用卡时，应三思而后行。他以本身为例，表示打算把现有的信用卡数量，减剩至两张。
他也劝请那些拖欠卡债的持卡人，不应再使用相关信用卡，反而应与银行洽商，如何重组信用卡欠款，逐步偿还欠款。
目前，我国保守估计有1100万张信用卡。政府一旦征抽每张卡50令吉的政府税，意味政府每年估计可收取5亿1500万的税收。
信用卡服务税 非第一次实行
首相兼财政部长拿督斯里纳吉是于今年10月杪公布2010年财政预算案时，宣布政府将在明年征收信用卡服务税的措施，但事实上，政府并非第一次实行这样的措施。
早在1997年1月1日，政府就曾正式向持卡人征收每张信用卡50令吉，附属卡25令吉的税务。当年，政府同样依据上述政策来征收服务税，即新卡即时缴付服务税，旧卡则在更新信用卡时缴付。
无论如何，政府的这项措施，于2001年3月被撤销。当年，前首相兼财政部长马哈迪医生在宣布应对美国经济放缓的措施时，撤销信用卡政府税措施，以刺激大众的消费。
政府当年推行上述措施，主要是遏制信用卡持卡人过度花费，以及鼓励持卡人谨慎用钱，控制挥霍和抑制借贷。
与此同时，扣帐卡（Debit Card）则不受影响 。 |
