帮帮忙， 我现在正在做有关老鼠的研究。

i need to test of a lipid product and compare to normal oil. so how much rat i needed.. my senior suggested 5 group: control(the feed w/out lipid), positive control(with normal lipid), and another 3 with different amount of lipids product.. if i each group have 10 rat.. is it statistically sufficient.. can use T-test right? |

数目方面应该是够了，你说的不清楚，不懂你的treatment有多不同。
t-test或ANOVA都ok. 老鼠养多几只吧，可能会有些中途死掉 |
