谁有读过 Corporate Finance Management 的进来帮忙以下……

这是我的 assignment 的问题，

可是找不到资料该怎么回答它，

希望这里的大大可以帮上一点忙，

问题如下：

One company has planned to invest in a project at a cost of RM500million. This project cost would be raised by an issue of debt. The interest on the debt would amount to RM5million a year. On examining the viability of the project presented by CEO, using the NPV method, the Director noticed that the interest cost of RM5million was not taken into the cash flow for the calculation of the projects NPV. The Director commented that this was wrong as this would result in overstating the project’s return.

So now I need to discuss the detail why or why not it is wrong.

先看看NPV 方法是用什么来计算是否值得invest。。。

然后那500mil 跟 NPV有关系吗？

如果有的话，那500mil 会导致return overstate 还是understate?

相信楼主掌握的是网络科技，而不单单是cari科技。。

其实你说的这些都是基本的东西而这些我都已经知道了……

现在那个问题是，

为什么算 discounted cash flow 的时候不必把 cost of interest 加进去算……

你可以解释一下为什么你这么说吗？
