63 shoplots at Boulevard now open for booking

KUCHING:  The building of eight hall Cineplex (1200 full capacity), family amusement park, game arcade, skate park and 63 shoplots on the third floor of Boulevard City will be completed in May next year.  
Chief Executive Officer, Yew Hoon disclosed during a press conference yesterday that the shoplot are now open for booking and that the rental  is  as low as RM50 per day. “This move, by the management is to encourage young entrepreneurs venture into business,” he said.
He also disclosed that all the shoplots will have its floor tiled, ceiling completed with basic lighting before it is rented out. The new Boulevard city will be a new era for leisure, lifestyle and retail, offering patrons and visitors an array of wholesome family entertainment options.
Managing director Dennis Lee said that the third floor of the building is an ideal place for business with the opening of the cineplex.
Further information on the shoplots could be obtained from 082-467999 or on level 3 of the shopping mall, situated at Jalan Datuk Tawi Sli.

Boulevard City 位于Boulevard Mall phase 1 的第4及5楼，
里面将会有以下的设施:

8个大厅的电影院
游乐园
游戏经营场所
滑板公园
63间商店

目前还在装修， 富丽华之大都会在第4及5楼（还未开放）。

不过我在福利华好像又看见一些告示牌指第三楼的商店已经开始招租了。。。

GSC是可能，不过机会不大，很有可能是一家很不一样的进来哦。。。。。。
