KL的高楼大厦工程

哈哈!Penang有这样的贴,KL也不能"折输"呀!
开玩笑的啦!因为我刚刚要接触到高楼工程,希望大家多多指教!想与大家交流交流高楼大厦的工程的经验与看法!希望大家多多捧场!
小弟可能将会有一场在Jalan U-Thant的高楼工程,有谁在那里一带做过吗?想你们分享一下你们的经验.

做着一单，在Jln Ampang，30+层的Condo。。。
看过一个Jln Yap Kwan Seng的site的S.I.，limestone area，很多cavity。
Client有请Geotechnical engineer吗？还是你就是Geotechnical engineer？？
什么样的devolopment？Condo？Office？
因为是高楼建筑，建议你用比较”稳阵‘的software做design。 |

Chinese writting crash!!!
u are geotechnical engineer? i am structural engineer b4.for high rise, we always using the etab to do the lateral analysis.30+ storey , not so height, maybe the notional load govern your design as compare to wind load.etab have advantage in quick assign lateral restraint or diaphgram(slab) to your corewall system.
now as project engineer project located at jalan kia peng,also high-end condo.using partial topdown system for 3-basement construction. had experience doing a ot of bored pile at kg pandan area for SMART project.always using jet/compaction grouting to fill the void.costly solution. |

如果要讲究高楼工程， penang 还是不能跟 kl 比较吧

这个应该是 construct lift core wall 的 jump form, 是一种 system fowmork |

我最近也在烦恼要用什么system formwork才算最经济和有效率!
你的这种应该叫做Plastech formwork, 一种plastic or FRP的模板,很贵5678下.又只出售不出租,所以不适合我的工程.:@ :@ |
