可以教我做芝士蛋糕吗。。紧急。。

我以前做过一种cheesecake 是不用烘炉的。。是做好后直接放进雪柜冷却的那种cheesecake..但是我既然忘记了怎么做啊。。用料的成分我也忘记了。。请问有谁知道的可以教教我吗。。我赶着要阿。拜托大家拉。//。。。

(recipe for 1 ring)

step 1

cream cheese 600g~700g (看你自己要多少）
sugar                100g

step 1 mix cream cheese and sugar then beat it until cream

step 2

cream 200 ml

after step 1 until cream then put cream to mix it

step 3

gelatine 12g

after step 1 and 2 mix together,use a bit hot water mix with gelatine then put gelatine inside to that ingrediants
