我的assignment的要求如下，但， 我真的真的不会做 ，个位高手帮帮小妹啦！小妹会感激不尽的！

1.
Voice Synthesizer


Students are required to come up withVoice Synthesizer application. It should provides an interface that allows endusers to create a text file or open an existing file in the text area providedby the interface. This application converts the text specified in the text areato speech by using the voice selected by the end user. Application should havefollowing functions:

• Allow end users to create a     file to write the required text or to open an existing file.
• Provide two radio buttons,     Voice 1 and Voice 2, for selecting a voice.
• Speak button converts the     text to speech in the voice selected by the end user.

Counting Application


Students are required to come up with anapplication that counts the number of vowels, consonants, words, and sentencesin the text provided by an end user. This helps in calculating the word countof a document. Applicationshould have following functions:

Shouldhave file menu and four buttons: Vowel, Consonant, Word, and Sentence. The Filemenu allows end users to open an existing file in the text area provided by theinterface. The vowel,consonant, word, and sentence buttons convert the count values of vowels,consonants, words, and sentences to speech in the voice selected by the enduser.

• Provide two radio buttons,     Voice 1 and Voice 2, for selecting a voice.

Main Menu

Mainmenu combines two applications, synthesizer, and counting. Main menu shouldhave three buttons:
Voice Synthesizer,Counting, and Quit.
The voicesynthesizer button open synthesizer application, counting button open countingapplication, and quit button quit the program.
