【申请信用卡的问题】有agent吗? 请各位帮帮小弟~万分感谢

小弟最近想申请CIMB 的信用卡~ (CIMB Diploma Credit Card - MasterCard)
可是基于一些小弟不是很明白的讯息而止步。。。 小弟在此列上一些不明之处，希望各位可以给予解答，万分感谢：

Annual Fee : CIMB在其annual fee 上列明是 FREE FOR LIFE ，我想请问是否存有隐藏条件或者一些附带的费用?
Finance Charges : 我在其他的credit card (例如:CIMB PETRONAS MasterCard) 看到这个，请问 什么是Finance Charges ?
The charges are:
i) 18% p.a. of the outstanding amount calculated on a daily basis after the interest-free period
ii) 18% p.a. of the cash advance amount calculated on a daily basis from transaction date until full repayment date.
以上的charges 又是如何个算法？
Cash Advance Fee ：什么冬冬来的？和finance charges 有什么分别？以下是其注释：
The cash advance fee is 5% of the amount advanced or a minimum of RM15, whichever is higher. This is imposed for each cash advance transaction.
Minimum Monthly Repayment ：5% of the outstanding balance or a minimum of RM50。如果这个月我没有签单，还需要给什么费用吗？
最后一个问题就是，CIMB Diploma Credit Card （MasterCard） 和 CIMB PETRONAS MasterCard有什么分别？
如果我一个月没有刷到任何账单，是否需要给任何费用？

非常感谢你~  总算弄清楚几样了....
那么不知道diploma card 和其他的master card 有什么分别涅? 我毕业出来工作差不多一年了(虽然一方面仍然在升学), 所以想申请一张,不过不是很常刷卡, 有打油之类的~~ |

免年费，通常有条件如
1 要你一年用超过一定的ammount，或者
2 一年至少刷几次，通常的银行要求12次。
Finance charge是说假设你这个月刷了1000块，你在期限内还了900块，那么剩下的100块就会被charge这个rate。
Cash advanced，假设你把你的信用卡拿去atm机那边提款，每轮最少会强制征收15块，或者你提款数目的5%。这些会写进你的下个月的bill，所以说没事最好别乱去拿这种钱。
这些credit card分一大堆名字，其实没分别的啦，只是他们不同的卡有不同的promotion。 |
