佳礼与华尔街的大众们相若，大部分对冷门优资股视若无睹，如当年我询问的 Tchong & pbbank-CD 一般，没有反应，但股价却飚了上去。不禁有如同peter lynch的感叹

我觉得知识技巧学习了就要用，确定要用了就要相信自己
自从2月10日我看空股指但却没有大胆去卖空股指时，我就了解到只有心细如发是不够的，要胆大心细！！！
当然我还不够心细

投資者追捧 利佳一度衝RM1.25新高

（吉隆坡5日訊）利佳（ATIS，5055，主要板貿易）大股東欲展開選擇性資本回退7050萬4993令吉，並在完成計劃后將公司私有化，今日在投資者追捧下，一度衝上52週新高1.25令吉。

該公司昨日（4日）發佈文告指出，已接獲大股東夢想發展公司（Impian Evolusi）信函，要求利佳選擇性資本回退，預計可在明年首季完成。

利佳每股將回退1.30令吉，較昨日閉市價1.15令吉溢價13%，也較截至本月3日1.12令吉的加權平均股價（VWAP）溢價18仙或16%。

受到上述消息帶動，該股全日走挺，今早微揚5仙，以1.20令吉報開，爾后更是馬力全開，一舉衝上52週新高水平，報1.25令吉，起10仙。

利佳52週新高為1.23令吉；52週新低則是99仙。

休市時，該股位列10大上升股，掛1.23令吉，揚8仙，半日計有14萬2300股易手。

另廂，利佳選擇性資本回退仍需待證券監督委員會批准，持股51%子公司納達愉房產（NADAYU，5043，主要板房產），則尋求豁免此選擇性資本回退計劃。

閉市時，該股收在1.23令吉，起8仙，成交量27萬4900股。[ChinaPress]

利佳豁免強制收購納達愉房產

（吉隆坡19日訊）利佳（ATIS，5055，主要板貿易）董事經理陳凱文（譯音）及相關人士（PAC）已獲得批準，無需強制收購（MGO）納達愉房產（NADAYU，5043，主要板房產）。

該公司向馬證交所報備指出，已接獲證券監督委員會（SC）于16日的來函，陳凱文及相關人士豁免不需向納達愉房產（前稱嘉年發展）提出強制收購。

由于利佳和相關人士（PAC）持有嘉年發展1億262萬8500股，或44.44%股權，越過強制全面獻購的33%門檻，故需提出獻購。

當時利佳曾出價每股97仙，但即使獻購完成后，亦無意將其下市。

兩股停牌前，利佳報價1.20令吉，納達愉房產則掛1.10令吉。[ChinaPress]

利佳准展延開股東大會

（吉隆坡6日訊）利佳集團（ATIS，5055，主板貿服組）宣佈，該公司獲准展延至7月31日舉行2012年常年股東大會和呈報財務賬戶。

該公司發文告說，大馬公司委員會（CCM）已於本月4日批准上述申請。

利佳集團去年8月宣佈進行選擇性削減資本以及資本回退，並最終將該公司私有化，在大馬交易所除牌。

建議中的資本回退活動完成後，股東將可獲得相等於每股1.30令吉的現金資本回退，總值為7050萬4993令吉。（星洲日報／財經）

利佳484萬購公司

（吉隆坡9日訊）利佳（ATIS，5055，主要板貿易）子公司See Wide電器有限公司（SSWL），出價484萬令吉以收購See Wide雪蘭莪86%股權，預期1個月內完成收購。

該公司向馬證交所報備，指持股64%子公司See Wide電器有限公司今日已與9名賣家達成協議，將以484萬令吉收購See Wide雪蘭莪77萬4000股或86%持股。

利佳說，See Wide電器有限公司將透過內部資金，並在1個月內完成上述收購。

該公司指出，是在考量See Wide雪蘭莪財務表現才擬定上述出價；截至2011財年底，See Wide雪蘭莪已審核稅前淨利為97萬7185令吉，至于2012財年6月底未審核淨資產則報400萬令吉。[ChinaPress]

Remarks :

The SCR involves ATIS undertaking a selective capital reduction and repayment exercise pursuant to Section 64 of the Companies Act, 1965 involving the reduction of the enlarged issued and paid-up share capital of ATIS to RM2,395,347 comprising 4,790,694 ordinary shares of RM0.50 each in ATIS (“ATIS Share(s)”) by way of cancellation of all ATIS Shares which are then in issue, save for the 4,790,694 ATIS Shares which are then held by Evolusi Impian Sdn Bhd and its persons acting-in-concert in relation to the SCR (collectively referred to as the “Non-entitled Shareholders”). Under the SCR, all the shareholders of ATIS other than the Non-entitled Shareholders (“Entitled Shareholders”), whose names appear on ATIS’s Register of Members and/or Record of Depositors as at the entitlement date shall be entitled to receive a capital repayment of RM1.30 in cash for each existing ATIS Share held. The Non-entitled Shareholders shall waive their entitlements to the repayment of capital pursuant to the SCR. The capital repayment is expected to be made within ten (10) days from the entitlement date. ATIS will be de-listed and removed from the Official List of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) after the completion of the SCR. The trading of ATIS Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities will be suspended with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 19 November 2012, being three (3) clear market days prior to the entitlement date. Accordingly, the last day of trading for ATIS Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities prior to the suspension shall be 5.00 p.m. on 16 November 2012. The ATIS Shares will no longer be traded on the Official List of Bursa Securities after the trading of ATIS Shares is suspended on 19 November 2012. For the avoidance of doubt, the trading of ATIS Shares will continue to be suspended with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 19 November 2012 until the removal of the Company from the Official List of Bursa Securities. The notice to shareholders in relation to the suspension of trading of ATIS Shares and the entitlement date for the SCR will be despatched to ATIS’s shareholders on 7 November 2012. 利佳集团周一暂停交易

（吉隆坡16日讯）为了配合早前提出的削资和资本回退活动，利佳集团（Atis，5055，主板贸服股）申请在2012年11月19日（周一）起暂停交易，直至程序完毕为止。

上述选择性削减资本以及资本回退的活动完成后，提出此建议的大股东，将持有利佳集团100%股权，并无意保持该公司的上市地位。换言之，利佳集团将会被私有化。

利佳集团的股票数量将削减共1亿4201万9826股，然后股东将可获得相等于每股1.30令吉的现金资本回退，总值为7100万9913令吉。[Nanyang]
