不能安装 .NET FRAMEWORK 3.5

我的电脑虽然符合了那些requirements, 可是还是不能安装 Visual Studio 2008 Express Edition! 在安装.NET FRAMEWORK 3.5 的时候就出现了以下的setup error!  请问各位有遇过这种事吗 请各位帮帮忙！

p/s: 请问可以使用Visual Studio 2005开发Silverlight 吗？ 听说只有Visual Studio 2008 才能支持silverlight 的！是真的吗？

Here  ...

用ms expression blend 2 来开发silverlight, 用vs 2005来programming，不一定要visual studio 2008.
silverligh不需.ner framework , WPF才要（.net 2.0以上）。

可是当我要 install ms expression blend 2 的时候，有message prompt out 说要先install .net framework 3.5, 可是我一直面对安装.NET FRAMEWORK 3.5 的时候就出现了以上的setup error!  请问各位有遇过这种事吗 请各位帮帮忙!
