我真的不会分辨 one way slab 和 two way slab的区别?有人能帮我吗 ?

A one-way slab is supported on four sides and has a much larger span in one direction than in the other may be assumed to be supported only along its long sides. It may be designed as a beam spanning in the short direction. For this purpose a 1m width can be chosen and the depth of slab and reinforcing determined for this unit. Some steel is also placed in the long direction to resist temperature stresses and distribute concentrated loads. The area of the steel generally is at least 0.20% of the concrete area.

A slab supported on four sides and with reinforcing steel perpendicular to all sides is called a two-way slab. Such slabs generally are designed by empirical methods. A two-way slab is divided into strips for design purposes.

Slab shall be designed as one way slab if ratio of Ly to Lx is more than 2, and two way slab if the ratio is equal or less than 2.

Where Lx is shorter span and Ly is longer span of the slab.

normal residenial 很少用到1way slab 吧， 不太经济阿。。。也不需要那么长的span 。。。 大间的banglow 为了广点的空间会用吗？请问 consultant 在design 时会try o avoid any kind of slab 吗？

是不会avoid任何的design的，因为每个project的requirement都不同。

one way slab = Ly/Lx > 2,
if <2 = 2 way slab。

他们的区别在于force / moment distribution的pattern。
如果是Finite Element Slab，就没有所谓one way or 2 way。
