你是说如何为SQLServer取InstantName吗？
还是要找出在你的network有多少个SQL Server？
还是你不知道要在Connect To Server里面打些什么？

by default installation,如果你只有安装一个database server,你只需要在Server的TextBox里面输入
(local)，
或你的
电脑名字，
或一个点
.
或
127.0.0.1
或你的
Ipaddress
，就可以了。

i tried  edi cannot ..give me this message

what is the authentication u use?
windows authentication or SQL Server Authentication?
and i saw your message, u should put (local) instead of put local
if u not sure what is your database server name,open command prompt and type
slqcmd -L
this command will list out all available database server in your LAN.

如果是的话,那个SERVER NAME是 .\SQLEXPRESS

还有要确定你的SQL SERVER EXPRESS在SERVICES.MSC里有在跑.

the command
sqlcmd -L
is used to browse all the available sql server services. from your command prompt output,it show that none of one sql server is running. to start the services, just go to Control Panel>Administrative > Services. loooking for SQL Server(SQL Express) and start it!

now go to Start>All Program>Microsoft SQL Server 2005>Configuration Tools>SQL Server Configuration Manager
find for SQL Server 2005 Services, looking for SQL Server (SQL Express), if found, start the services

i found sql server 2005 services, when i double clik it .. it show
