升禧产托派息3.793仙

（吉隆坡5日讯）升禧产托（Stareit，5109，主板产业信托股）宣布在截至6月30日财年下半年，派发每单位3.793仙股息，总值5020万令吉。

这使升禧产托全年共派出每单位7.3803仙股息，上财年全年共派出每单位7.6359仙股息（包含共每单位1.99仙的资产脱售和利息收入）。

升禧产托发文告表示，今年的每单位股息，较去年已调整每单位股息5.6459仙增加30.7%。

这主要来自大马和日本酒店相关产业出租率较佳，以及在去年11月收购澳洲酒店后的盈利贡献。”

升禧产托管理公司———Pintar Prohjek私人有限公司总执行长丹斯里杨肃斌表示，升禧产托成功转型成为纯酒店产托公司后，2013财年表现卓越。

（吉隆坡28日讯）升禧产托（STARREIT，5109，主板产业信托股）管理公司———Pintar Prohjek私人有限公司建议，把升禧产托改命为杨忠礼酒店产托（YTL Hospitality REIT）。

大马投资银行代表升禧产托管理公司向马交所报备，名字更换除了能反映该产托专注于酒店业的投资策略外，也能凸显杨忠礼机构（YTL，4677，主板贸服股）作为该产托主要持股人的地位。

与此同时，公司也建议修订管理费支付方式，让信托经理人全权决定以新单位、现金或混合方式，支付管理费。

公司表示，有关管理费条例的修订，将确保信托经理人和产托之间的利益一致。

以上的建议需在常年股东大会上寻求通过外，如有必要也需得到有关单位和人士通过，预计可在今年末季完成。[南洋网财经]

（吉隆坡13日讯）升禧产托（STAREIT，5109，主板产业信托股）宣布，易名为YTL HospitalityREIT，从12月17日（周二）早上9时起生效。

该股的新股项缩写，也将从STAREIT，易为YTLREIT。[南洋网财经]

（八打灵再也3日讯）杨忠礼产托（YTLREIT，5109，主板产业信托股）向马交所报备，获得证券监督委员会（SC）肯首进行配售新单位计划，以筹资8亿令吉。

根据文告，上述建议已在去年12月30日，获得证券监督委员会回函通过。

杨忠礼产托将随后公布确实的配售单位、发售日期、上市日期、发售价等详情，并会在此后的6个月内完成发售和上市活动。[南洋网财经]

We refer to the announcements dated 14 June 2013 and 28 June 2013 (“Announcements”) in relation to the Proposals. Unless otherwise stated, definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Announcements.
