升禧产托派息3.793仙

(吉隆坡5日讯)升禧产托(Stareit,5109,主板产业信托股)宣布在截至6月30日财年下半年,派发每单位3.793仙股息,总值5020万令吉。

这使升禧产托全年共派出每单位7.3803仙股息,上财年全年共派出每单位7.6359仙股息(包含共每单位1.99仙的资产脱售和利息收入)。

升禧产托发文告表示,今年的每单位股息,较去年已调整每单位股息5.6459仙增加30.7%。

这主要来自大马和日本酒店相关产业出租率较佳,以及在去年11月收购澳洲酒店后的盈利贡献。”

升禧产托管理公司———Pintar Prohjek私人有限公司总执行长丹斯里杨肃斌表示,升禧产托成功转型成为纯酒店产托公司后,2013财年表现卓越。

升禧产托 改命杨忠礼酒店产托

(吉隆坡28日讯)升禧产托(STARREIT,5109,主板产业信托股)管理公司———Pintar Prohjek私人有限公司建议,把升禧产托改命为杨忠礼酒店产托(YTL Hospitality REIT)。

大马投资银行代表升禧产托管理公司向马交所报备,名字更换除了能反映该产托专注于酒店业的投资策略外,也能凸显杨忠礼机构(YTL,4677,主板贸服股)作为该产托主要持股人的地位。

与此同时,公司也建议修订管理费支付方式,让信托经理人全权决定以新单位、现金或混合方式,支付管理费。

公司表示,有关管理费条例的修订,将确保信托经理人和产托之间的利益一致。

以上的建议需在常年股东大会上寻求通过外,如有必要也需得到有关单位和人士通过,预计可在今年末季完成。[南洋网财经]

沒有的啦。。 還是不可以超過50%嘛。。。 除非得到SC批准和股東批准。。。

了解, 因为没有注意到有后续报道, 而且股东大会上好像也没有提起.

哦哦。。。 好的。。。 REITS是要比較安全的投資。。所以不會太過分的。。。 如果有都是短暫然後會增加資本的。。。

该股的新股项缩写,也将从STAREIT,易为YTLREIT。[南洋网财经]

(八打灵再也3日讯)杨忠礼产托(YTLREIT,5109,主板产业信托股)向马交所报备,获得证券监督委员会(SC)肯首进行配售新单位计划,以筹资8亿令吉。

根据文告,上述建议已在去年12月30日,获得证券监督委员会回函通过。

(I) PROPOSED PLACEMENT OF NEW UNITS IN YTL HOSPITALITY REIT (“PLACEMENT UNITS”), AT A PRICE TO BE DETERMINED LATER, TO RAISE GROSS PROCEEDS OF UP TO RM800 MILLION (“PROPOSED PLACEMENT”);

(II) PROPOSED INCREASE IN THE EXISTING APPROVED FUND SIZE OF YTL HOSPITALITY REIT FROM 1,324,388,889 UNITS UP TO A MAXIMUM OF 2,125,000,000 UNITS (“PROPOSED INCREASE IN FUND SIZE”); AND

(III) PROPOSED INCREASE IN BORROWING LIMIT TO 60% OF TOTAL ASSET VALUE (“PROPOSED INCREASE IN BORROWING LIMIT”)

(COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS THE “PROPOSALS”)
We refer to the announcements dated 14 June 2013 and 28 June 2013 (“Announcements”) in relation to the Proposals. Unless otherwise stated, definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Announcements.

On behalf of the Board of the Manager, AmInvestment Bank wishes to announce that the SC had vide its letter dated 30 December 2013 (which was received on 31 December 2013) granted its approval for the following:

(i)        the Proposed Increase in Fund Size for the purpose of the Proposed Placement;
(ii)        the listing of, and quotation for, the Placement Units on the Main Market of Bursa Securities; and
(iii)        the exemption from complying with Paragraphs 14.04(a)(i), (ii) and (iii) of the REIT Guidelines in relation to the Proposed Placement.

The approval by the SC is subject to the following conditions:

(A)        In relation to the Placement Units:

(i)        The Manager and its adviser are required to inform SC prior to the listing of the Placement Units:

(a)        the actual number of units issued;
(b)        the date of issuance of the units; and
(c)        the date of listing of, and the quotation for, the Placement Units on the Main Market of Bursa Securities; and

(ii)        The issuance of the Placement Units and the listing of the Placement Units on the Main Market of Bursa Securities must be completed within six (6) months from the date of SC’s approval. The approval is deemed to lapse if the Trust fails to do so within the stipulated time frame.

(B)        In relation to the exemption from Paragraphs 14.04(a)(i), (ii) and (iii) of the REIT Guidelines, the Placement Units must also not be offered to:

(i)        Nominees of interested persons of the Manager; and
(ii)        Nominee companies, unless the names of the ultimate beneficiaries are disclosed.

1.沒有的。。第一是第一。。。 一年的是1,2,3,4.。。。
