我只能作最乐观的想法，他预见ampligen已被批准上市，不然就是未雨绸缪，趁机捞取一笔经费继续ampligen的研究工作及日常开销。
不过150M的数目实在有点大，比起过去两次的都来得大。网上流传这或许需要通过股东大会的批准，不晓得实情是怎样。
往好的方面想，这笔钱或许是为ampligen的生产线作准备。根据SEC Filing里撰写，HEB在生产及行销方面不太在行，非常依赖其他的公司，因为它毕竟只是一间研究所型的公司，生产方面还得仰赖其他专才。

今天的US Future 已經上了百多點。US股市應該會是青綠一片。

那HEB要是今晚的Approval有消息，
那我就不用再詳細的說囉。




我的CTIC也停了多天，這幾天上至1.77就跌回 1.60 - 1.69之間的支持線。

我开了 iocbc 的， SGD35啊。很贵。

CIMB-GK Singapore，很不錯。

It will obviously take her some time to go thru the clinical trial
information to make a decision. I realize the NDA is

epidemic of drug-resistant tuberculosis...

I am more confident than before that HEB will be approved even if it

UPGRADING OF TM CORE NETWORK
