"On Bursa Malaysia, Yee Lee Corporation Bhd staged a technical rebound last week. Its daily price trend rebounded to close at RM2.20 on Friday, posting a week-on-week gain of 22 sen, or 11.11 per cent.
The following are the readings of some of its technical indicators:

Moving Averages: Yee Lee's daily price trend stayed above all its 10-, 20-, 30-, 50-, 100- and 200-day moving averages.

Momentum Index: Its short-term momentum index continued to stay above the support of its neutral reference line last week.

On Balance Volume (OBV): Its short-term OBV stayed above the support of its 10-day moving averages.

Relative Strength Index (RSI): Its 14-day RSI had since stayed above the 50 level. Its technical reading stood at the 75.24 per cent level at the market close last Friday.

Outlook
While key heavyweight index-linked counters were leading the consolidation the FBM KLCI, select second and third liners chalked up double-digit gains. Yee Lee was one of them when it posted a week-on-week gain of 22 sen, or 11.11 per cent.

Chartwise, Yee Lee's monthly price trend traced out a 10-month high of RM2.28 on March 18. It traced out a saucer pattern formation last week.
Its weekly price trend staged a technical breakout of its immediate overhead resistance (See Yee Lee's weekly price trend B1:B2) last week.

Its daily, weekly and monthly fast Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) indicators continued to stay above their respective slow MACDs at the market close last Friday. This augurs well for its near-term perspectives.

Its 14-day Relative Strength Index (RSI) stood at the 75.23 per cent level last Friday. Its 14-week and 14-month RSI were at the 89.28 and 85.00 per cent levels respectively.

Given the negative divergence displayed on its 14-day Relative Strength Index on the Yee Lee's daily price chart, the counter's daily price trend may pause to consolidate its recent gains.

However, the lack of accompanying volume during its recent ascend, the ensuing consolidation could be a mild one. Once it runs its consolidation course, Yee Lee's daily price trend may resume its technical rebound. "
