转去主板 股价会扬升吗？

我想GHLSYS公司最少在转去主板之前，不会让他的股价跌。（只要股价有小升就放）
这看法就足够让我投资这股啦。

PROVISION FOR DOUBTFUL DEBTS
Reference is made to our announcement dated 7 November 2006 wherein we have
announced that the Securities Commission ('SC') has approved the Proposed
Transfer from the MESDAQ Market to the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities
Berhad vide the SC's letter dated 3 November 2006. One of the conditions
stipulated in the approval letter is that the Company has to make full
provision for trade receivables that have exceeded the normal credit period
granted and/or have been outstanding for more than 180 days.

On 30 September 2006, the GHL Group has made a provision for doubtful debts of
RM2.32 million as reflected in the Group's quarterly results for the 9 months
ended 30 September 2006, which were announced on 30 November 2006.

In respect of the SC's condition mentioned above, the Group has made a further
provision for doubtful debts amounting to RM2.19 million, comprising RM1.83
million in respect of trade receivables that have exceeded 180 days as at 30
September 2006, and RM0.36 million in respect of trade receivables that had
exceeded the normal credit period but less than 180 days old as at 30 September

2006.

The total provision for doubtful debts amounting to RM4.51 million wil have a
material adverse impact on the Group's profit for the financial year ending 31
December 2006. Nevertheless, the Directors are of the opinion that a
substantial amount of the provision of doubtful debts will be recoverable and a

reversal will be made in the event that the Group receives any payment.

This annoucement is dated 28 December 2006.

其中一个升主版的条件是把180天末收回的帐列为问题帐/圷帐(doubtful debts)。<br />
GHL Group己经在30 November 2006列出RM2.32 million问题帐/圷帐.<br />
现在又列出RM2.19 million. 总共RM4.51 million.<br />
问题帐/圷帐会影响31December 2006财政年.<br />
董事认为大部分问题帐/圷帐是可以收回来的。

本来我是有点担心的。但是观察这几天的走势，股价还蛮稳的，应该影响不大。

我去年放完有赚，现看到比我之前买的还高，看他所给的欠账太长时间（一般为四个月为好），看多一点时间才打算买不买

GHL系統（GHLSYS,0021）提昇其截至2006年9月30日止9個月的疑賬儲備金至451萬令吉，前期為232萬令吉。
根據其轉至主板交易建議，證券委員會要求該公司為超過正常接收期或撐超過180天的貿易收款提供儲備金。

該公司較早前截至2006年9月30日的疑賬儲備金已達232萬。但，該公司在28日的文告表示，GHL系統在截至2006年9月30日止再增加另外219萬令吉儲備金。
該公司表示，疑賬儲備金的提昇將對該公司截至2006年12月31日止財政年的盈利造成實際負面影響。
該公司說：“無論如何，該公司董事認為疑賬儲備金的大部份數額能被回收，而該公司能在收到任何付款後，調整儲備金款項。
