ILTS Delaware (as successor to ILTS California) will thereafter terminate its registration and reporting obligations under the Act. Upon completion of these transactions, ILTS Delaware will be wholly-owned by BToto via BLM and its shares will ceased to be traded on the OTC Markets. ILTS is involved in the design, development and provision of secure, innovative and dependable gaming and voting processing systems. HR Owen料4月中除牌 成功多多提高獻購價

（吉隆坡20日訊）成功多多（BJTOTO，1562，主要板貿易）旗下成功菲律賓提高HR Owen公司獻購價后，目前持有后者71.19%股權。英國上市的HR Owen公司一旦尋求股東通過，將在4月15日除牌。

成功多多向馬證交所報備，在英國上市的間接子公司，即汽車經銷商HR Owen公司，向股東發出信函，要求召開股東大會，尋求股東通過除牌下市。

根據報備文件，該公司將于3月14日在倫敦召開股東大會，尋求股東通過上述議案。如果是項議案得以通過，HR Owen公司除牌下市將在4月15日生效。

成功多多子公司成功菲律賓已于這個月中，向HR Owen公司提出以130便士（約6.42令吉）收購未持有股權，但遭后者董事局以“獻購價低估”公司為由拒絕是項交易。

較后，成功菲律賓提高獻購至每股170便士（約8.40令吉），HR Owen公司接獲因而建議股東接受獻議。

（槟城1日讯）成功多多（BJTOTO，1562，主板贸服股）宣布委任槟州中华总商会副会长拿督温永文出任非执行董事，同时兼任公司审计委员之一。

根据马交所文告，现年45岁的温永文任期是从2月27日起生效。

温永文也是地丰产业集团（Island LandCap Properties Group）创办人兼执行主席，该集团在其领导下曾荣获《南洋商报》金鹰奖。

他在接受媒体访问时指出，这项受委成为其工作生涯的一个重要阶段，因为成功集团是间规模庞大且极具公信力的公司。

收購RBW控股逾半股權 陳志遠進軍倫敦房產

（吉隆坡10日訊）丹斯里陳志遠透過成功多多（BJTOTO，1562，主要板貿易）旗下成功菲律賓，以5萬1英鎊（約27萬4620令吉）收購RBW控股公司超過50%股權，進軍倫敦房產市場。

成功多多今日向馬證交所報備，子公司成功菲律賓以每股1英鎊（約5.50令吉）的價格，收購RBW控股公司5萬1股，后者主要業務是在英國收購和發展房產，該公司會將焦點著重在倫敦房產市場。

成功多多說：“這項收購將有利于公司進軍倫敦房產市場。”

該公司指出，這項交易案是在上週四（6日）完成，並將會貸款30萬英鎊（約165萬令吉）給RBW控股。【中国报财经】

（吉隆坡17日讯）成功多多（BJTOTO，1562，主板贸服股）2014财年第三季净利失色，但宣布派发约3068万股库存股，以股代息回馈股东。

成功多多现财年第三季推行多项企业活动，造成公司净利按年下滑15%，至7315万9000令吉。公司2013财年第三季净利为8606万9000令吉。

成功多多指出，成功菲律宾有限公司（BPI）表现不如预期、支付全面献购英国H.R.Owen公司的开销，影响第三季盈利。

不过，成功多多将以股代息，派发约3068万股库存股给股东，比例为每持有43股普通股，就可获得1股库存股。

股息除权日期为4月14日，支付日期是4月16日。

成功多多第三季营业额按年涨升38.18%，达到12亿2802万6000令吉，高于上财年第三季的8亿8872万7000令吉。

公司2014财年首9个月净利按年滑落17.7%，至2亿5458万1000令吉；营业额按年上升10.55%，报29亿8201万4000令吉。【南洋网财经】

銷售賺幅走低‧成功多多財測下調

（吉隆坡18日訊）成功多多（BJTOTO,1562,主板貿服組）第三季淨利按年走低，儘管分析員對最新業績表現褒貶各異，惟未來財測和目標價卻整體遭下調，調降幅度介於6至17%不等。

達證券研究直言，成功多多9個月淨利只佔全年財測60%，顯然落後預期，主要歸咎於銷售和賺幅走低，因此決定將未來3年財測調低13%至17%。

支配收入減
派彩率揚

“我們預測2015年營業額成長平平，消費者料因百物漲價而減少支出，猶記政府在2008年調高汽油價40%時，成功多多營業額在2010財政年萎縮8.2%，歸咎於可支配收入減少和派彩率上揚。”

同時，達證券不預見明年4月落實的6%消費稅將對成功多多造成太大衝擊，主要因相信消費稅將用於代替博彩稅，否則，成功多多料得透過減少派彩額來進行成本轉嫁。

豐隆研究則考量營運成本走高和稅率上揚，而調低未來3年財測6至12%。

5.5%週息率料成主要亮點

馬銀行研究不預見成功多多未來盈利出現太大驚喜，尤其消費稅的實際影響仍不得而知，超過5.5%的週息率料成為該股主要亮點。

同時，馬銀行也預測成功多多以43配1比例派發庫存股，將導致2015財政年每股盈利遭稀釋1%，惟相信有關影響僅屬一次性，因不預見成功多多未來再派發庫存股。

不過，聯昌研究則對成功多多表現感到樂觀，且表示9個月業績符合預期，惟同樣因考量末季業績可能趨弱，而調低全年財測7%。

“成功多多第三季派息額為9.5仙，符合預期，預測來年派息額走高至29仙，相等於100%派息率，讓該公司週息率高達7%，成為博彩股之最。”

肯納格研究說，大馬測字遊戲市場料可保持3%增長率，且成功多多派彩率波幅較低，其較優的遊戲組合讓盈利更為穩定。

納入HR Owen貢獻，肯納格稍微調高成功多多未來3年財測0.3%、0.0%和0.3%。（星洲日報／財經）

（吉隆坡18日訊）成功多多（BJTOTO，1562，主要板貿易）第3季業績低于預期，公司派發庫存股推高派息率，有助提振股票購興，券商調高本財年全年派息預測至25.5仙。

安聯證券研究指出，成功多多首3季核心收益低于預期，但佔該行全年預期的75%，第3期中期股息為9.5仙，首9個月淨派息達19.5仙，高于派發92.9%核心收益派息率。

“我們維持收益預測不變，但調高全年淨派息預測至25.5仙，這表示回酬率將達6.5%。維持買入評級，目標價4.35令吉，因高于預期的派息率將提高該股吸引力。”

聯昌證券研究說：“我們相信，如果大馬多多博彩在今年底分拆成信托，成功多多股東將轉入更有利的信托結構。同時，成功多多持有75%股權的成功菲律賓，隨著后者不斷擴展業務，之后可能會脫離成功多多。”

該行指出，成功菲律賓早前以1億2900萬令吉收購英國豪華汽車經銷商HR Owen公司，這展現了公司打算進軍英國房產的意圖。

聯昌證券研究給予“增持”評級，目標價4.57令吉。

成功多多今日開盤以3.93令吉平盤出擊，較后受業績走跌拖累，下滑3仙至3.90令吉。休市時，該股報3.92令吉，跌1仙，半日易手38萬6600股。

雙方隨後將簽署正式合約。

進軍越南短期貢獻微‧成功多多財測不變

（吉隆坡14日訊）成功多多（BJTOTO,1562,主板貿服組）進軍越南彩票業，分析員認為，這是項正面發展，惟由於僅持有約10.2%有效股權，加上越南彩票業尚落在萌芽初步階段，預料短期盈利貢獻不會顯著，維持淨利預測不變。

肯納格研究對有關新發展並不感到過於意外，因為早在2010初，成功多多進軍越南彩票業的消息已獲得報章的報導。

肯納格正面看待有關新發展，主要為該公司帶來新收入來源。由於成功多多僅持有約10.2%有效股權，所以預料盈利貢獻將微小。

達證券也認為，由於越南彩票業領域尚落在萌芽階段，使成功集團（BJCORP,3395,主板貿服組）及成功多多佔了先機優勢；惟由於越南彩票業尚未成熟，相信盈利料不顯著。

肯納格指出，目前為止成功多多未能證實進一步詳情，特別是該公司與成功集團，尚有待與越南彩票公司（Vietlott）簽署正式合約。

成功集團一度大起3仙

受消息激勵，成功集團今日股價沖高，一度揚升3仙，收市漲1.5仙，報50.5仙；成功多多平盤收市，報3令吉83仙。

達證券認為，越南平均家庭收入低至5千311美元，比較大馬為3萬零570美元，以及新加坡為10萬2千785美元，使越南業務盈利及營造的現金流，料在短期內將不會顯著。

肯納格指出，越南新業務短期里料不會作出顯著盈利貢獻，惟本地的博彩業萬字票銷售額常年成長仍有約3%。

肯納格指出，由於成功多多的測字業務種類較多，包括樂多（lotto）及萬字票產品，的獎金派發率比對手——萬能（MAGNUM,3859,主板貿服組）更為穩定。

肯納格對成功多多的2014年至2016年財測保持不變，預料淨利分別為3億8千零50萬令吉、4億零330萬令吉以及4億2千零20萬令吉。

成功集團和成功多多日前宣佈在競標活動中脫穎而出，將攜手國營機構越南彩票公司在當地設立彩票系統。

末季淨利下滑8% 成功多多派息7仙

（吉隆坡17日訊）成功多多（BJTOTO，1562，主要板貿易）上財年截至4月底末季，營業額按年成長46%至13億5884萬令吉，主要因併入HR Owen公司的貢獻，但末季淨利下滑8%至6936萬令吉，公司宣佈派發每股7仙股息。

成功多多今日宣佈末季和全年業績，上財年全年營業額按年增20%至43億4086萬令吉，淨利下滑17%至3億2394萬令吉，全年派發26.5仙股息。

根據該公司文告，子公司大馬多多博彩（Sports Toto）營業額下滑0.8%，主要因上財年農曆新年博彩銷售業務貢獻，較以往貢獻來得低。稅前盈利下跌28%，主要因高獎金派發率和營運開銷高所拖累。

另外，成功菲律賓營業額和淨利下滑，主要因公司出租率下滑影響。
