While still pending reply from relevant authorities on the application for pioneer status, based on the financial performance for the nine months period ended 30 September 2013 at corporate tax rate of 25%, the Board of Directors proposed the following: i.  An Interim Tax Exempt Dividend I of 2.52 sen per share of RM0.20 each ii. Interim Dividend II of 1.48 sen per share of RM0.20 each, less income tax of 25% for the year ending 31 December 2013. 净利下跌　宇琦科技评级不变

（吉隆坡30日讯）由于较高的实际税率，宇琦科技（UCHITEC，7100，主板工业股）今年首9个月净利按年下跌逾20%；不过，分析员维持该股的盈利预测和投资评级，因为相信该公司將重新取得低税优惠。       

宇琦科技在上周公布2013財政年第三季（截至9月30日止）业绩，其净利为673万6000令吉，较去年同期的1160万4000令吉，下跌41.95%。

营业额则为2292万9000令吉，较去年同期的2593万8000令吉，下滑11.6%。

首9个月而言，该公司净利从去年同期的3074万3000令吉，下滑22.83%，至2372万4000令吉。

营业额则从去年同期的6592万5000令吉，上升10.14%，至7261万1000令吉。

艾芬投行分析员表示，宇琦科技2013財政年首9个月净利按年下跌，主要是更高的实际税率所致，即27.6%，相比去年同期的1.7%。

不过，该分析员称，宇琦科技2013財政年首9个月核心净利符合预测，分別占他与市场全年预测的51%及57%。

他补充说，对于该公司重新取得新兴工业地位，以继续享有低税优惠的努力，感到乐观。

低税优惠已届满

回顾，宇琦科技享有低税优惠的新兴工业地位2012年届满，该公司管理层已经重新向政府申请延续新兴工业地位。

分析员称，有关申请仍然在处理中，不过，他对该公司取得相关批准感到乐观，因为该公司目前的微处理器使用新科技。

无论如何，该分析员表示，如果申请结果令人失望，这对其每股盈利预测、每股股息预测与投资评级带来极大的风险。

基于企业税，该公司宣佈派发每股2.52仙免税中期股息，以及1.48仙（需扣税25%）中期股息。

因此，其2013財政年首9个月的每股股息净额为3.63仙，低於去年同期的5仙。

宇琦科技管理层表示，如果新兴工业地位获得延续，该公司的每股股息將有所变动。

艾芬投行分析员指出，按2014財政年每股盈利预测，该股目前本益比是11倍。

如果排除税务节省（若重新取得新兴工业地位），该股2014財政年本益比为15倍。

他补充说，该股当前最大的风险就是低税优惠的后续发展。现阶段，维持「增持」评级，目標价是1.50令吉。[东方日报财经]

（吉隆坡9日讯）宇琦科技（UCHITEC，7100，主板工业产品股）子公司———宇琦光电（马）私人有限公司的两项企业活动，获得大马投资发展局（MIDA）颁发新兴工业地位（Pioneer Status），为期5年。

根据文告，宇琦光电在11月29日收到大马投资发展局通知，旗下的“设计、发展和生产触屏显示、精度高光测量（光电）设备”和“离心分离实验设备综合讯号控制系统”计划，将获颁发新兴工业地位。

该地位将从上述两项计划开始投产后生效，为期5年，投产日期将在随后公布。[南洋网财经]

（吉隆坡26日讯）宇琦科技（UCHITEC，7100，主板工业股）2013財政年末季（截至去年12月31日止）净利按年萎缩12.84%，至3907万令吉，前年同期为4483万令吉；营业额则按年微起1.81%，至9396万令吉，前年同期为9229万令吉。        

2013財政年全年方面，净利从1408万令吉，按年增加8.96%，至1535万令吉；营业额从2637万令吉，按年下跌19.04%，至2135万令吉。

另外，该公司亦建议派发每股6仙的免税终期股息。【东方网财经】
